The Legend of the Death Sisters [ private ]

"We are soooooo good, aren't we, sis?" Rangi whispered, keeping pace with the cubs now. "This is gonna be fun. Four little salty snacks."

[Zoketi]

"Mhm," she rumbled in response, gliding silently through the grass, head low. "Soon as we get to that rock, we end 'em, yah?" she muttered, with a jerk of her muzzle towards a broad stone up ahead. "Gotta make it quick, the adults are on the trail."

[Kipekee]

"Are they?" Rangi almost exclaimed, but she stopped herself. "We need to loose them somehow."

[Zoketi]

Kuruka twitched her tail, glancing back again. "They were smart enough to notice the ones they were trying to protect were in fact gone." she rumbled with a sigh. "Can't expect them to be too dumb, then." she shrugged, and returned her violet orbs to her sister. "There's three of them...let's see...if you want, I can distract em while you watch the cubs?" she suggested softly. "Then I'll be back to play."

[Kipekee]

"Oh please do." Rangi menacingly purred.

[Zoketi]

The lioness smirked slightly and lifted her head to glance back. "Gladly," she rumbled, pausing and turning around to head towards the approaching three adults. She slunk down and weaved forwards with a soft hiss, eyes narrowed. When she was close enough she popped out of the grass a few paces to their right, making them stumble in surprise and face her warily. Kuruka put on a neutral expression and stared eerily at them for a moment before she leapt forwards, slamming into the nearest lioness. The other two moved to push her back but Kuruka swung out her paws, knocking them into a confused tangle. She'd thought about doing something less violent, but this was easiest, plus fun. She grinned as she clawed at them, and they scrambled to get away, yelping. She didn't injure them too bad, just enough to get them scampering away. However, they would be going for help she assumed, to best to get the cubs away fast. She trotted back towards Rangi.

Rangi thought for a moment. "I'm killing Simba's, and leaving my mark on one, and we can kidnap the other for like, a scratching post, y'know what I'm sayin'?" Rangi whispered, and lounged at one of the golden cubs (Kopa), grapping his neck and thrashing violently. The other one (her name rhymes with tiara ) screamed and darted off. "Aww, ****!" Rangi shouted. "You! Speedy-butt! After her! I have too much muscle to run that far! I got the other two! Run like hell and get her!"

[Zoketi]

The lioness slowed down as she returned and pricked her ears as Rangi spoke. She watched her sibling attack then jerked her head around and flicked her tail as the other peachy-colored cub fled. Kuruka nodded and blazed after the cub. "Sorry darling, but you can't beat a grown lioness in a race!" she chortled, catching up to the crying cub. She lashed out a paw and the cub went down, skidding and tumbling to a halt with her momentum. Kuruka bent down and picked her up and trotted back towards her sister. "What exactly are we doing to them? Kill?" she mumbled, her eyes lit.

"You know what? Spare that little morsel. She's not worth it." Rangi called. "Let her spread the word."
She held one cub by the tail. If the cub moved, it's tail would be sliced in deeper, as Rangi was using her claw instead of her pawpad.

[Zoketi]

"Achk, alright." she grumbled, dropping the cub from her jaws. Kuruka watched her stumble away with a cry, and then turned to one of the others. "I'll take this one at least, then." she churred, grabbing it by a hind leg and dragging it towards her.
