Adofo: Yekize says they inherited my bravery and strong headedness.

[Iri]

A few weeks later, Yekize started to give birth to the cubs.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Honey, breathe! You're doing great! Samaki, are all your youngest siblings in the den?

[Iri]

"Yes." Samaki's voice was firm. "A bunch of lionesses are guarding them."
Later, there were two girls born. Yekize curled over them protectively.

[Adofo]

Adofo: They're beautiful! Yekize, stay in here with the cubs. Be safe!

[Iri]

Many others came to help guard. Machui led Ua to the cave and all of the lionesses prepared for battle.
The hyenas came up in lesser numbers than they all thought. One of them was Sagira, but she whistled to signal to Adofo that she was on his side.

[Adofo]

Adofo stared at her. Not wanting to give her away to the hyenas.
Adofo: Why do you want my cubs!? What are they to you!?

[Iri]

"We just want to destroy them, that's all!" Sagira replied with a fake but convincing cold edge to her voice. "Give them to us and we will leave your pride in peace."

[Adofo]

Adofo: NEVER! Leave our land you piece of trash! All of you! I'll die before you hurt one hair on any of my kids heads!

[Iri]

"We don't want you, you fool!" Sagira said, knowing his calling her "trash" was fake. "We want the cubs!"
