Aaand the next morning...
Adena stretched. She felt happy for her friends, that they had all loved each other, but also felt a pang of longing. She sighed. "Hm." She went out hunting and brought back a small gazelle for them to share.

[Baofeng]

(Adena needs a mate, she is pretty much all alone.)
Baofeng woke up and stretched and then he could smell gazelle. "Nice catch Adena."

[Iri]

[Nah, she doesn't.]

"Yeah, thanks." Adena stretched. She had eaten part of it. "You guys have the rest."

[Baofeng]

(If you say so.)
Baofeng woke up Maple, Licha and Xi-Feng as they went to eat their share of the gazelle.

[Iri]

Licha leaned lightly on Maple's shoulder affectionately and rasped her tongue across his ear.

[Baofeng]

Maple purred as he nuzzled Licha affectionately.

[Iri]

"Lovebirds," Adena muttered teasingly.

[Baofeng]

"Yep," Baofeng told Adena. "Who knows, they're probably mates by now."

[Iri]

Adena rolled her eyes. "Obviously. Pfft, if both pairs of lovebird-turtle doves have cubs, the den will have tiny paws skittering everywhere."

[Baofeng]

Baofeng snorted. "I remember when I was a cub. All the mischief I got into. I still remember when I clawed Snowstorm's ears for calling me a weasel-face."
