"No. I don't. I hated it. But I did it to protect you. However, to you, I'm a ruthless, insane, heartless cold-blooded murderer who would murder her own kin. I guess that protecting my kin is a sign of being a murderer." Monifa turned away and buried her face in her paws.

[Adofo]

Adofo: YOu....you did it for me?

[Iri]

"Yes," Monifa said, though her paws were covering her mouth. "I did it to protect you, and Nzinga, and everyone else I cared about. But I guess it was all for nothing, wasn't it?"

[Adofo]

Adofo: No!
Adofo picked her up and threw her head on his shoulder and set her body in his lap.
Adofo: Honey I'm sorry! I didn't know!
Tears start dripping from his eyes and soak the back of Monifa's head.
Adofo: I'm so sorry! You must think I'm the worst grandpa ever! I'm so sorry!

[Iri]

Monifa's eyes were leaking with tears, but she tried to conceal it. She laid her head against his head. "I forgive you," she whispered. "But... Adofo..." She paused.

[Adofo]

Adofo wiped his tears away and tried to get his voice back to normal.
Adofo: Ye-...yeah?

[Iri]

"It's... it's just about Hamadou, Paradzanai, and Seewosagur. I... I sort of liked Paradzanai." Monifa looked down at her paws.

[Adofo]

Adofo: O no.....you're not pregnant are you!?

[Iri]

"No!" Monifa said. "But... I just... I loved him."

[Adofo]

Adofo: Okay....but....you know he's the one that made me twist my ankle. He's the one that pinned me and nearly slight my throat.....and not to mention they took Simba's and my throne. But.........
