"Please. Don't." Kuanguka gently pulled away.

Adofo: Oh.....I'm sorry.

"No, no, it's okay. I'm just.. scared of any form of touch. Because of what happened," Kuanguka explained.

[Adofo]

Adofo: See? You shouldn't be scared. You should want your parents to touch you. Like to hug you and nuzzle you. Not be afraid they'll claw you again.

[Iri]

"I've... I've been raised to be afraid of being touched," Kuanguka said quietly.

[Adofo]

Adofo: That's.....that's just awful.

[Iri]

Kuanguka shrugged. "I... eventually just separated myself from them. To make sure I wouldn't get hurt again." She stared at her paws.

[Adofo]

Adofo: ......Everyone deserves to be loved. And that means you.

[Iri]

"L-like I s-said, my m-mother and father d-do love me." She started stammering. "Er... I... s-sorry. When I get n-nervous I... I... I stammer a lot." She looked down at her paws.

Adofo gave her a quick kiss on the forehead and pulled away.
