I don't just doubt that there will be another movie. I'm certain of it. The original TLK was such a huge success that I think Disney is just going to let sleeping dogs lie, and not try to pump any more out of it

I guess I was mainly talking about a Direct-to-DVD/theatrical movie, rather than a TV movie (which often feel like extendedly long TV episodes). Buy, yes, at least we were half right

Y'know, it annoys me a great deal when TLK fans jump down other people's throats for not knowing about Kopa or Scar's original name being "Taka" or stuff like that (like I just saw on facebook a few minutes ago). The books are fairly obscure, and generally unknown outside the TLK fandom. I certainly hadn't heard of them until about 2007 or so, when our house finally got broadband internet connection (and I could google TLK to my heart's content).

^I sorta keep forgetting that we still have like a year and a bit to wait until we get to see what its like, or maybe a few more months until they release more info about it It's the same when I found out about the Finding Nemo/The Incredibles sequels - they won't be ready for another few years

Yeah, me too, this is how I was when I heard about the remaining planned Kung Fu Panda sequels. The first of which should be coming out either next year or the one after, but it was 2012 when I first learned about them.

Okay. It's a good thing I've gotten so into Left 4 Dead 2 again to be working on fics for it instead of TLK right now. I'm actually slightly scared to be in this fandom right now.
