"Of course. Just take these herbs before you do. But for now, she needs to rest. At night I'll let you sleep with her if you take the herbs." Arida nuzzled him. "She'll live for at least a year."

Adofo: Thank you baby. I know its been a while since i've said this but......i'm really proud of you!

[Iri]

Arida smiled. She licked his chin and gave Kilio some medicine.
That evening, before everyone went to bed...
Arida put some herbs down at Adofo's feet. "Here. Take these, wait another few minutes, and you may go in and sleep with her."

[Adofo]

Adofo: Thank you. Arida......you think you can come sleep with your grandfather and your little aunt?

[Iri]

"I will in half an hour. Right now I need to go collect herbs but I'll be back in no more than thirty minutes," Arida promised.

Adofo settled down with his daughter and they cuddled.
Adofo: *whispers* I love you so much sweetheart!

Kilio sneezed and moaned a little. "I love you too," she murmured. Her voice was tired and dull. Her eyes were glazed with pain and exhaustion.

Adofo: Baby, Daddy will always be right here by your side! I promise!
