Nusidae does not belong to me - he belongs to fanfiction.net's Lord of Beef Dip, author of the thoughtful and engaging story Through the Eyes of a Scarred Soul in which this character appears. He has given me permission to upload art based off of his work.

Name: Nusidae (portmanteau of Nusu and Dimidiae - "half" in Swahili and Latin, respectively)
Age: 13 months
Gender: Male
Species: Leopon (Lion/Leopard hybrid)
Appears in: Through the Eyes of a Scarred Soul
Relations: Temuu/Kiwa (mother), Decus (father), Mtanga (grandfather), Nala (aunt), Animafsi (sister)
Notes: Nusidae is one of two leopon siblings in the story, and is found wounded in the Pridelands following a mysterious attack on Decus' leap and the death of his mother - Nala's half-sister, Kiwa. He is a product of his father's philosophy that love should not be restricted by species, and thus his appearance reflects both leonine and leopard-specific traits. Though somewhat impatient, and certainly pained over the murder of his family, Nusidae shares a close and protective bond with his younger sister, Animafsi, and gets along well with the other members of the pride - particularly Scar and Nuka - as well as Simba and his children, Chaka and Kiara.

This is my imagining of him as a cub, slightly younger than he is in the story. As you can see, Nusidae has the basic shape of a lion, as well as a short mane, but he's also got some of the coloration of a leopard. His base coat and eyes resemble Nala.
