Yekize walked over. "I just found it really weak and tired. So I finished it off."

[Well, the hunters weakened it by putting the tranquilizers and blah blah blah.]

[Adofo]

Adofo: Did it have anything sticking out of it? Anything colorful and strange looking?

(Yes, tranq darts.)

[Iri]

"No. But... it tasted just slightly weird," Yekize said.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Did it look like it was about to pass out?

[Iri]

"Y-yeah." Yekize sat down, looking a bit scared.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Honey, i think you ate a zebra that was tranquilized. It's something i saw them do in the city.

[Iri]

"Is that why three of the cubs were stillborn?" Yekize whispered.

[Adofo]

Adofo: I.....I think so.

[Iri]

Yekize was guilt-stricken. "I'm so sorry!" she said. "It's my fault three of our cubs were dead... and it's my fault that Kilio... is... the way she is."

[Adofo]

Adofo embraced her and held her tight.
Adofo: It's okay honey! You couldn't have known! Don't blame yourself!
