Ua nodded understandingly. Adena guided her to the den and let her lay down in her little grassy nest.
"I'm sorry to say, she gets tired easily, especially walking long distances," Arida informed them.

[Shall we timeskip now to where Adofo and Yekize have their last cub? When Adena and Ua get captured is a while after the cub is born.]

[Adofo]

Adofo: Hey Yekize........I know we said our last pregnancy WAS our last.....but...........

Yekize stretched out on the rock she was laying on. She lifted her head and looked at Adofo. "Yes, my love?" she said, licking his hand.

Adofo: I........want another litter! The reason...........I just.......I love you so much! And .........I love being able to call cubs OUR cubs because......that's just how much my heart needs you! Oh that's stupid isn't it?

Yekize smiled. "That's not stupid at all. I'd... I'd love to have another litter, actually." She purred and licked his hand again.

One week later they got Arida to examine her.

Arida checked once. Then twice, to be sure. Then another time. "I'm sorry. Yekize's not going to have cubs this time."
