Mfalme crouched down and leaped quietly into a group of tight bushes, hiding.

[Adofo]

Adofo crawls over to Adena and wraps himself tightly around her.

[Iri]

Adena opened one eye. "What?"

[Adofo]

Adofo: Just.....protecting my baby. It's okay honey. Go back to sleep.

[Iri]

[Mfalme has been foiled. ]

Mfalme bared his teeth but made no sound. Kikatili dunia! he raged in his mind.

Adofo: Hey Adena.....I'm sorry about getting rid of the cubs. I only did it because I love you.

Adena opened both of her eyes and lifted her head off of hr paws. "I didn't need help," she muttered. "I could have raised the cubs."

[Adofo]

Adofo: I know....but....you would have suffered inside knowing you gave birth to.....his cubs. I really am sorry. It wasn't easy. I mean.....they were gonna be my grandcubs. That'll be something i carry with me the rest of my life.

Adena looked back. "I... you shouldn't have to carry that with you forever," she said quietly.
