Adofo: Awwww!
A big smile grew across his face.

[Iri]

Yekize purred and nuzzled his chin affectionately. "I can watch for Monifa and Arida tonight," she said.
Yekize waited very, very, very, very late into the night. But Monifa and Arida didn't return.

[Adofo]

Adofo: oh no..... I'd better go find them! I'll be back! *kiss*
Adofo ran off to the base.

[Iri]

Mstari had been refusing to let the two go home. "Monifa, you're a strong little soldier," Mstari insisted. "And Arida, you're my little Osain medic. And Monifa, remember how your own grandfather had thrown you against the wall? You would have died if not for your sister. You mean nothing to that pride. They don't care one bit for you."
Monifa nodded. "Okay, I understand." She dipped her head respectfully, but growled and started to bristle when she saw Adofo. "What do you want?"

[Adofo]

Adofo: I'm here to take you home! And don't listen to her lies! Yes......i did make you hit your head.....but it was a complete accident!!! I swear! Monifa look in your heart! You know i could never hurt you! I'll live the rest of my life with burden of remember i physically hurt my own granddaughter! Please baby.....i love you so much!

[Iri]

Monifa narrowed her eyes, but her hostility faded. Her fur lay flat on her neck again and her claws sheathed. "I'm just so confused," she said softly. "I don't know who to believe. Or what to believe."

[Adofo]

Adofo: I know......but if there is one thing you should believe.....is that i love you! With all my heart and soul! We're a part of each other! And no matter what.......you'll always be my baby girl!

[Iri]

Monifa tilted her head, looking like the lively, curious cub she used to be. "I just don't know. You're my family... but so are the rogues. They trust me and I trust them."

[Adofo]

Adofo: NO! You can't trust them! Once they're done with you, they'll leave you to die! And do you really just want to mindlessly hurt and kill others!?!? Please baby.......please come back to grandpa! I.......i can't live without you!

[Iri]

Monifa's tail flicked back and forth. "I don't want to torment others," she said. "That's not what I do. But... how do I know they'll leave me to die? I don't think they would. But... don't you remember what Kopa said to us? We'll never be accepted again."
The other rogues stood around Mstari, their claws unsheathed to protect their leader and their teeth bared. "Let Monifa make her own decisions," Mstari growled. "She's not a little cub anymore. So don't order her around. Monifa, what's your decision?"
Monifa sighed, her heart feeling as if it was torn in two. "I love my family... but I'll never be trusted again. Arida... you know what Kopa said to us. And what he did to you." She sighed again. "I... I think... I think I'm going to stay here."
In case Adofo tried to attack Mstari, they circled around her to form a large wall of rogues, their claws still unsheathed and their teeth still bared.
