Adofo hugged his granddaughter.
Adofo: Thank you baby!.....thank you! I love you!

[Iri]

Monifa purred. "Well... uh... so who are these rogues exactly?"

[Adofo]

Adofo: Some....very bad people! They only want to hurt us and take you and your sister away!

[Iri]

Monifa shrugged. "If they want to do that why would I go to them?" She flicked her tail.

[Adofo]

Adofo: It's....complicated. But I PROMISE....they will NEVER touch you again!

[Iri]

Monifa nodded and licked Adofo's chin. "Love you, Adofo," she said. "Hey, can I go hunting with Arida?"

[Adofo]

Adofo: Sure baby! Sure! Just be careful! Arida......you're not going anywhere either.....right?

[Iri]

Arida shook her head. "Just to hunt," she said. "C'mon, Monifa!"
Monifa and Arida set out to hunt. They were stalking a young gazelle when a roar startled their prey away. They looked up and saw Mstari.
"Mstari?" Arida said. "What do you want?"
Monifa twitched her tail and flicked her ears.
"It's me, you two," Mstari said. "So, how are my two rogue combatants?"
"We're fine, and we are not your rogue combatants," Arida growled.
"Oh, you aren't?" Mstari said, glancing down at her paws. "Such a pity. Don't you remember me, Monifa? Your grandfather threw you against a stone cave wall."
"That's why I was knocked out?" Monifa asked.
"Yes. Your grandfather just chucked you right up against a wall," Mstari said, relishing the lie.
Monifa gasped. "Why would he do that?"
"Don't ask me," Mstari said, shrugging. "He just threw you against it. No idea why..."
Monifa bristled. "Why should I believe you?"
Mstari didn't reply. Instead she lunged at Monifa with a snarl and grabbed Monifa's scruff. She bit down hard on Monifa's loose neck fur and twisted it hard, knocking Monifa out again. Mstari glared at Arida and growled. She put Monifa on her back and took Monifa to the rogue camp.
Arida ran back to Pride Rock. "Adofo! Adofo!" she yowled. "Mstari captured Monifa!"

[Adofo]

Adofo: ....no!
Adofo ran and ran and made it back to the camp.
Adofo: MSTARI!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GIVE HER BACK!!!!

[Iri]

Mstari sneered. "Not a chance." The other rogues stood in front of a sealed cave. "Monifa is our rogue now."
Arida bristled and growled at Mstari. "She's my sister."
"You used to be my little rogue medic," Mstari purred. "Why not come back and do what you did best?"
