Did simba try too much?

Yeah, Rafiki's pretty fearless, and he even pulled Kovu's tail while Kovu was upset which could have really been a bad idea. Rafiki can do anything in these movies!

He did. He was trying to be like his father.
Look at the "talk" Simba and Kiara had. They were almost the same. Anger and then smiling." Like Nala said " oh, Simba, you want so much to walk the path expected of you."

Simba did be harsh on Kovu he was a little too hard

I think that Simba remembered his father as a great king,and wanted to be like him.

And he tried too hard at doing that too. I didnt like him in the second movie that much

I love him in all three movies! But,in the second one he was a bit...Too much protective.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that he was trying to reign the Pridelands as his father would have instead of how he would've. But I don't blame him, Mufasa's death left him pretty scarred

Wow i think that simba was there just to make kovu jump so he would not get his daughter and get the kingdom in one bundle of easyness

Simba only acted like himself in "We are one" I think :\ it's a shame
