Adofo: Of course I do! But.....I belong here. And if she is....Nick can handle her. And Haramu....can I tell you something? All that stuff you said, when I came back....like when you said that I was your real father........that was one of the most heart warming things I've ever heard! It.......it really meant a lot to me! More than you know! And.....from the moment i adopted you......I've always thought of you as my real son! ........I love you so much! But......I'll never forgive myself for letting you go after that fight........it'll haunt me forever........I'm so sorry.

” It's okay. We were just confused. I'm sorry for acting the way I did when we were there.”

Adofo: It's okay son! I know you were just concerned and.......I know how important I am to you which is why you're so protective! I mean, I was too! Of my dad, mom and your uncle Simba! I mean I promised them all that I would do anything to keep them and the pride safe! And also....we did this.
He takes off the glove from his right hand and in his palm is an old scar.

Haramu blinked at it, studying his scar.
"What is that? Who did it to you?"

Adofo: don't worry. I did that. What me, your grandparents and your uncle did was i cut my hand and they cut their paws, and i held each of their paws. We exchanged blood. It is one of the oldest signs of respect and love. It was also used to make lions stronger by gaining the strength of others. But for us, it was for them to make me an offical blood member of the family. To show that they really loved me! So I'd......never feel alone. So....Mufasa's, Sarabi's and Simba's blood runs through my veins! Sometimes i think thats how i became so strong.....from their love. You know.......if you wanted.....well.....we could do it.....if you wanted of course.

Haramu looked at his scar a little longer before looking down at his own paws.
"I'd be honored. But could we do it here? You know, in secret? It could be a surprise."

Adofo: Of course! Do you want to do it now? We can do it right here in the cave.

His ears swiveled back uneasily, but he nodded slowly.
” Y-yeah. It just can't be a big cut. Otherwise I won't be able to do much else with you.”
