Territory Terror

[Adofo]

Adofo: Yeah! I will. Come on. Let's go to bed. They all climb into bed.
Adofo: Hey son.....can I ask you a serious question? How would you feel......if Christen was to become your new mom? And be honest! I can tell when you lie!

Haramu's muscles tensed and his nose wrinkled. He knew this would happen. Hypocrite.
"She'll never be my mom. I despise the word," he growled. "Your happiness is what's more important. You've made me happy. Now it's your turn."

[Adofo]

Adofo: Son.....do you miss your mother?

[NukasMomentofGlory]

"No," he answered harshly. "She lied to me..." His ears swiveled back. "I'll never forgive her. ...But no one can take her place when she did love me. That's still special to me. No one can fill it." He rested his head on his paws.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Son.....I know it's hard but......if we do get married,i guarantee she will love you just as much as I do! She really seems to like you! You know, her favorite animal is Leopon's! She asked a lot about you! I told her about what happened with you and how we became father and son!

[NukasMomentofGlory]

Haramu shook his head slowly.
"She'll never be mom to me. ...Like you'll never be my real dad." He closed his eyes, no longer wanting to talk about it.

(Apparently I'm scared of the dark now, too.)

[Adofo]

Adofo: So.....just because I adopted you.....it doesn't make me your "real" dad? Alright.....I get it.
Adofo climbs out of bed and puts his cloths back on.
Adofo: I'm going for a walk.
(why?)

(I get extremely paranoid and freeze when the lights go off. I had a weird night terror thing happen over Christmas break where I saw something approach me. Since then, being in my room with the lights off has kinda got me spooked. It's really bugging me.)

Haramu looked up when Adofo got out of bed and started getting dressed. He waited a moment before speaking.
"Where are you going?"

[Adofo]

Adofo: I'm going to go walk around the block. Bye.
Adofo leaves and Simba starts talking to Haramu.
Simba: Haramu, what'd you say to him?
(Oh yeah. I had the same problem. You get over it at some point. For me, i completely got over it about a year ago. Not kidding)

Haramu looked at Simba.
"Nothing that would concern you," he hissed, climbing down from the bed. "'Father'-'son' talk, remember?"
