Well, it has always bothered me why Vitani wasn't shown at the end of the movie. None of the lionesses looked like her... But now this came to my mind...
If you think the lioness who sits beside Nala in the circle is Vitani, I suggest you look again. That lioness looks pretty much like Vitani does in the last panel of this comic... Hmm...
