Hey guys! Can someone help me, I can't remember how to change the background for my Album! Please respond if you can!

Above your Artist comments, well, to the right of the bold text, you'll see an "edit" link with two >> "edit>>"

Click that.
It'll bring you to your album settings.
You'll see you icon... then right below that is the "Show Banner or Header Image"
Click Yes.
And try to choose a files that is 950x140
950 pixels wise to 140 pixels tall.
