(Hmmmm......timeskip. Also, Nala isn't pregnant yet with Kopa.)
Only a week had passed since Simba reclaimed the throne. Nala was out for her first hunt since Her and Simba first got married and was the new queen. Animals had just started to come back to the pridelands.

Adofo: Hey, Simba! How's life as King?

Adofo: Of course I miss Dad. But at least he's with the Great Kings.
Simba: Yeah...

(Naw. In my version, Kopa is first, then Kiara. But Zuberi will come back long before they conceive. Also Sarabi will be dead before they do. Sorta like the grandparents have to die before they make the grand kids. So Sarabi is still alive)
Simba: Hey Adofo, I want to bring back an old law that dad had told us about when we were young. Remember, back near the beginning, the whole Vice Kings and Vice Queens thing? Well I want you to be my Vice King! I don't want what happened to Scar happen again!
Adofo: Wait so you're saying you think I'm gonna kill you?!
Simba: WHAT!?!?! NO!!!! I just, I'm trying to think of the future. I don't want anyone else after us to go through the same thing we did! Besides......I'd like you to rule by my side!
Adofo: Simba.....I don't know what to say!

[Iri]

Simba: Adofo, you're my brother. Do you accept the title of Vice King?
Adofo: *After a long pause* Of course, Simba.
Simba: Who do you think should be Vice Queen, Nala?
Nala: I don't know. Perhaps Zahra. She's young and strong, and she'd make a fine Vice Queen.

Adofo: Aren't you forgetting something? The title of Vice Queen has to either be a sibling, or a mate. Remember?

Nala: Zahra's my cousin.
Adofo: It still has to be a sibling.
Nala: I don't have any siblings.

Adofo: Well then.....I guess there won't be a Vice Queen for a while.

Nala: Oh, well. Adofo, how are you?
