Of course not! You've just been in bad habits for some time. If you're really determined you can get into healthier/limited eating, etc.! It can be done gradually. It need not feel a massive effort! First rule: McDonalds and anything junk food like that should be limited to twice a month (or adjust however - I don't know how often you eat that kind of thing!). I'm currently trying to lose some weight myself and it can be a slow process and it is hard to get into, but I really want to make the effort - I need my trousers to actually fit and stuff! XD
