I remember this from when you emailed me some pictures from it. I must say it is beautiful work, but...the images you sent me seem much bigger in resolution than these. Do you have any larger resolution images for us to see? ^^
Yeah, I remember mailing these to you.
Unfortunately I uploaded smaller versions to PB and the originals were lost when my harddrive died...
I'm finding out more and more what I lost when it decided to quit working. I had most of my files on a seperate HD but apparently not everything.
That book should still be around somewhere (I had a renovation recently and I haven't unpacked everything yet), I'll look for it again and post some scans when I find it. The images I posted were photographs.
Ahh, that's too bad. Hopefully you can find the book.
I have a large photograph of the first page that you shared. Would you like me to attach it to this topic? The book looks beautiful in high resolution.

Sure, feel free to add that one.
I haven't found the book yet but I keep looking for it.
I'm already not happy anymore with the first couple of pages of that version, which is why another version is underway, but it gives an idea of what I had in mind.

Thanks for posting that picture, Moka! :)

I have found the book again (phew!) and I also found the very first version I ever did.
It's kind of late here now (1:45 in the morning) so I'll post some scans tomorrow
of both books.
If I have time that is, tomorrow is a holiday in the Netherlands and our whole family are coming to my parents house for dinner and gifts.
But I'll probably be able to find the time to make scans 8-)

I have been toying with the idea to add the Six New Adventures and The Brightest Star (just lost an auction for the 6NA :x ), but I haven't decided yet. I'm also working on a family tree which I plan to add before the main story.

Oops, I totally forgot to post scans last Saturday...
I only just realised I had forgotten when I saw the books lying on my desk!

Here are some scans from my very first (15 years old) book, that I made right after seeing The Lion King in the cinema.
It's not how I wanted it, most pictures don't show what the text describes. But there are some nice pages. Text is in Dutch I'm afraid. The book has The Lion King and Simba's Pride back to back in it.

Hey! Ik woon helemaal in het oosten, vlakbij de Duitse grens in Gelderland.

(Hey! I live in the east, near the German border in Gelderland (province)

Moka already posted the first two pages (thanks!)
Here are some more pages of my last book, which was never finished.

The first image has Scar colored in as a test. I think the colors are pretty close.
The second image is one of my favorite pages!
