Rahks smiled and helped his dear friend along. The mead had only made him a bit light headed, as he was used to something much more potent My thanks Silver, I can not tell you how happy I felt when she said yes...best moment of my life Rahks helped Silver inside and down the halls of Jorvaskar to her room. Inside little Astrid was fast asleep Well here is your room, and your daughter in waiting. Now go to bed Silver, you are drunk He gave Silver a good strong hug before leave and shutting the door. He smiled and headed to his room, ready to turn in himself

Silver allowed Rahks to lead her back to her room, but she stubbornly and drunkenly waved a finger at him.

"I am.. perfe.. Perfectionly sober thank you very much" She said, folding her arms.

But the sleepiness came soon and she slipped her armor and curled up next to Astrid in hers and Farkus' bed. She held onto the child and felt herself falling into a deep and peaceful sleep.

From the shadows, someone watched Rahks head off to the rooms for the companions.

"And.. where do you think you're going?" Came Aelas voice.

When Rahks indicated his head towards the guest rooms she merely laughed and grabbed hold of his wrist.

"You're with me" She said, dragging him away.

Rahks had no choice but to follow Aela, though he had no complaints as they shut the door for the night. Dawn came, and the legion had still not made their move. Rahks was the first to wake. At first he wondered where he was. In a room with hunting trophies, and display cabinets. He looked down, Aela lay there, suddenly the night came flooding back and a wide grin came over his face. He gave Aela a quick kiss and got up, throwing on his simple rags, leaving his Gale armor for now and headed up to the hall. No one was around, he took a seat and gathered up some food and water to begin eating

Silver woke up the next morning with a pounding headache. She rolled over onto her side and felt it suddenly weigh her down. Astrid was still snoozing so Silver decided to leave her in bed for as long as she would sleep. Silver got to her feet and wandered out of the room, clutching at her head as she went. Slowly and painfully she arrived in the entrance hall to see Rahks too was awake. She fell into the seat a few away from him and groaned with annoyance and pain.

"Why.. Did we have to drink vast amounts last night.... Stupid mead... Stupid Motierre... Stupid headache"

Rahks was happily eating away when he heard constant groaning behind him. He looked up to see Silver trudging in. He couldn't help but chuckle Hey Silver, get over here sit down and eat a bunch of food, cause you turn into a grumpy dragon when hungry and hungover He slide a plate full of breads, meats and cheeses over Feel better?

Silver winced as he pushed the plate across the table. The noise caused her to wince, but she took some bread and cheese slowly, and began to eat. Soon she had consumed a whole roll, which had absorbed alot of the alcohol in her system and a few slices of cheese. She felt alot better for it and smiled.

"Yeh.. better" She said, taking a goblet full of water.

The two ate in silence for a moment untill their peace was interupted by a small arrow whistling through the air. It embedded itself in the chicken infront of Rahks. Silver span round thinking they were under attack, but stood over by the door way were Aela and little Astrid, who was holding the daedric bow Rahks had given her.

"My student has learnt well" Aela said, patting Astrid on the head fondly.

The little nord then ran to the table, a big grin on her face.

"I've been practicing uncle Rahks!" She said happily.

Rahks was taking a sip of water when an arrow shot his plate. He spat the water out and spluttered, coughing a little bit. He turned round to see who it was. Little Astrid with his old bow. The Kahjit could not help but smile and knelt down to give her a hug Yes you have, well done. I guess it comes from having such a good teacher as well Rahks grinned up at Aela and gave her a wink

Silver smiled as Rahks hugged her daughter and when he complimented Aela's archery skills she laughed softly.

"Oh.. I am a good archer now then?" Aela teased as she walked over and joined them at the table.

Astrid leapt up onto her mothers lap whilst Aela sat down next to Rahks. The two of them took a bread roll each and began to eat. Silver missed Farkus so much in that moment. She was pleased for Aela and Rahks, but her heart longed for her husband to be there with her.

"So... whens the wedding then?" Silver teased all of a sudden.

As they all sat and ate together Rahks reached out and held Aela's hand, leaning over to give a kiss and purr as he nuzzled into her I must admit, I was nervous last night, I wasn't sure if you would accept me. Though I am grateful you did. You are an amazing women, you could easily take whoever you wanted. Guess that just makes me a lucky little thief hehe

Silver giggled slightly at Rahks and Aela. Astrid caught this and looked at her mother with confusion and asked the inevitable;

"What is it mother? Why are you laughing?"

"I'll tell you another time sweetheart" She said, stuffing bread into her mouth so that she wouldn't have to answer any more of her questions. Astrid shrugged and went back to picking at a piece of cheese.

Aela was oblivious to Silvers giggling and clung onto Rahks hand as they ate together in the room of the companions. She felt content, hopeful and happy that she had found someone who understood her.
