Oh Si, I love you but you are looking at that from an entirely wrong perspective. It's easy to jump to that conclusion by your own mind but here's a thing - did you know that there is more than one way of looking at something and that if you put yourself in their mindset which is that your friendship goes beyond and deeper than just doing silly / fun stuff together then you will see that that is the correct way of looking at it.
I have a friend I play videogames with sure but I also have friends (like you) who I rely on more to talk to about the important stuff in life and who I know will have more input and support than the dude I play videogames with. It doesn't mean I think you are any less of a friend, it's just that when I think of a friend that I want to talk to about something that's bringing me down you would be the first person I would think of.
If you can recognize that, accept it and still be there for them then you are one of the best friends someone could ask for. If they STILL take that completely for granted then yeah they aren't worth your time but it's not the case nine times out of ten and is definitely not the case now....
