They set off for Solitude, the Emperor's hiding place. It was early evening by the time they arrived, and the place was crawling so more guards than usual. Rahks lead the way in. Despite the guards, the city was simple to move though. They made their way past the main street and up the steps leading to the keep, heading to the rear entrance. One guard was waiting, a captain by the looks of him. As the duo approached he stepped forward and raised his hand Halt, only those with a rite of passage my enter, otherwise get lost

SilverEye walked up to the gates with Rahks and had to fight every instinct not to slice this Guards throat when he attempted to stop them. She had her hood up and underneath the cloth she smirked before she looked up at the man.

"Now then, is that anyway to speak to us?" She gently pulled out the recipe book and made sure the guard could see it.

"We are here for the Emporer. His Gourmet and my companion who has kept me safe on my travels. You will let us in... Or i'll have you demoted" Silver said sternly, though removed the treat from her tone.

The guard looked shocked and stunned The Gourmet... my word, forgive me m'lady, I had no idea. We have been expecting you, please go right in, the chef is waiting right ahead for your instruction He stepped side, Rahks moved forward and opened the door letting Silver in. They made their way do down the hall where a Redguard woman was waiting Ah you must be the Gorument! Thank you so much for coming. I have already prepared the main broth just looking for your guidance to finish it off please stand with me and guide me Rahks instantly went into the stores to get the needed food and bring it back

Silver smirked as they were allowed entry to the city. She knew it would be easy to fool them, but not that easy. With a look over her shoulder to see if Rahks was following, Silver walked ahead and tried to keep a confident mind.

When they entered the palace though, she suddenly felt nervous and looked about her nervously. The Redguard was approaching them as soon as they entered and she caught Rahks eye and he too looked slightly uncomfortable. SilverEye put her brave face on and forced the kindest smile she could muster.

"My servant will retrieve the ingredients you need. And of course I shall guide you through it. But you must make sure to add exactly what I say and the correct amount ok?" Silver said raising an eyebrow as if seeing if this woman was up to the challenge.

Silver was rather amused. She could get this woman to kill the emporer for her without even forcing her. The power she had in that moment made her feel rather superior to all.

Rahks kept serving up the food as Silver ordered them to be added. The cook followed Silver's ordered to the letter and did not quester her. The whole process took about thirty minutes. As Rahks handed over the last of the ingredients he slipped his poison vial into Silver's hand and whispered Get that blind idiot to let you add a drop of that in, he wont last a minute with such a thing He smirked and backed away to the side

Silver watched as the chef did as she was told. Ingredient after ingredient she added, listening and obeying every single word that came out of Silver's mouth. When Rahks gave her the poison she took the vial and smirked.

"Alright, you have done well. All we need to do now is add this flavoring to the broth and it will be perfect" She said with a gentle smile.

SilverEye walked over to the bowl and gently let two drops fall into the broth just to be on the safe side. She looked to the Redguard who was watching her curiously.

"I made this myself. They are the finest spices blended together in Skyrim" She said sincerely, placing the vial back in her pocket.

The cook nodded in agreement to Silver Oh of course, only the best for the Emperor, I should have guessed one such as yourself kept little secrets. Well then, he and his guests are waiting to lets go and serve this lovely broth please follow me She picked up the pan and walked out into the hall with Silver and Rahks following behind. As they walked into the dining room, the chatter stopped when the cook placed the broth on the table My lords and ladies, my I present you with this fine meal prepared by non other than the Gourmet and her servant She indicated to Silver and Rahks

The cooked moved to the Emperor and served him My lord please take the first bite He smiled and reached for his spoon, taking the first bite My word, this is delicious, most splendid I... oh my I feel.. goodness.... Talos...save...me... He stood up clutching his heart before falling over dead. Everyone stood in shock a moment then the cook pointed and screamed over IT WAS THE GOURMET!! SHE ADDED SOMETHING!! MURDERER! IMPOSTER! The guards spun round and raised swords. Rakhs looked round, he ran forward and lept off the table, switching to his armor in mid air. He kicked the guard at the door and opened the way. 2 more were descending on Silver Silver come on!! We have to get out of here.. NOW!

Silver watched on emotionless as the emporer fell dead to the the ground. Her work here was done and for that she was pleased. This man had caused them alot of trouble and she intended to let him know.. Her family were not to be mocked. As the men advanced on them, Silver eye threw her hand across her front, revealing her dragon armor and dark brotherhood hood which bore the mark of Sithis.

"The Dark Brotherhood merely did their appointed task and sent his soul to the void" She said, clashing swords with one of the guards.

She parried him away before standing back to back with Rahks. At his warning, SilverEye nodded and looked towards the door.

"Right... lets go" She said, rushing forward, cutting down all in her path.

As they left the room, Silver took one last glance at the dead form of the emperor before smirking and departing. There were guards coming out of every door and Silver suddenly felt worried.

"Rahks... We're screwed" She said as atleast thirty guards appeared out of nowhere.

Rahks went to draw his swords ready to fight, the guards had them trapped on the bridge. Infront of the duo tall Imperial man stepped forward. Obviously their commander wearing Silver armor and grinning You think your so bold and smart? Breaking in here and killing the Emperor, well to bad for you he was a fake and imposter, we knew of your plans. Your great and powerful leader sold you out. Your lives for the safety of the Brotherhood. She told me everything. Shame I do not deal with murderers. As we speak my men are breaking down the doors of your Sanctuary, all thats left is to deal with you. Any last words?

Rahks could feel Silver trembling in anger, wanting to lash out, he felt the same. He saw only one option Just four. HAIL SITHIS. HAIL NOCTURNAL He raised his arm, which was shimmering and thrust forward. A dark tendril shot out and snapped the leaders neck with ease. Rahks then grabbed Silver pulling to the edge of the bridge and over it, falling to the water below. He surfaced quick and gasped for air, swimming fast for the land

The words hit Silver like a tonne of bricks. Your great and powerful leader sold you out. Silver felt her hand shaking and her eyes bulging. Astrid wouldn't... She would never betray her... But.. Something was also nagging at the back of her mind. They knew all along.. They immediately turned to Silver and Rahks when the Emporer died. They must have been tipped off. But Silver wouldn't and couldn't believe it.

"LIARS!! I'LL KILL YOU ALL!!!!!!!!" Silver yelled, only to have Rahks grab her wrist.

Silver's stomach lurched as she plunged backwards off the bridge. Some of the men sent a few arrows flying their way, but none of them managed to land a hit on either of the pair. Silver too hit the water hard and immediately swam towards the shore as men continued to send arrows raining down on them.

Once she reached the shore, Silver coughed and struggled to her feet. She looked down at the floor the whole time, her breath short and sharp.

"Who told them Rahks... How did they know?" She said. Desperately wanting to hear it wasn't her sister Astrid.
