Kelsey shifted to her wolf form. With a flick of her tail, Knuckles was also a wolf, Sonic was a collie, Tails was a cheetah, Juno was a dalmation (the same as her normal form, only quad) and Neveah was a cougar.
They all trotted away.

It was a long time, but they all returned. Knuckles was now also a cougar for reasons Fajari didn't quite understand, and Kelsey had yellow stuff all over her face.
"Hopefully this time we got him. This time we destroyed the robots first, then got him. We also got a hold of the gun and set it on fire. So much for his plans." Sonic explained.
Tails poked the plane and it repaired itself, good as new.
Knuckles cleaned Kelsey's face with his paw and they all shifted back to their normal forms.
Kelsey sighed and rubbed her head. "And I'm left with a headache."

[Adofo]

Sampson: It's not over yet.
Kelsey: What do you mean, "It's not over yet."?
Sampson: I can tell you right now Eggman's already back walking back around.
Knuckles: What are you talking about!?
Sampson: It was meant to be a surprise...
Adofo: Son, what did you do!?
Sampson: I made that gun!
Tails: YOU WHAT!?
Knuckles: YOU TRAITOR!
Sampson: IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK I SWEAR!
Kelsey: You'd better start talking! RIGHT NOW!
Sampson: Okay. Over the years, Dad and Uncle Simba would always talk about how amazing their Dad was. And how they missed him terribly. So I got the scientist's at Essentials Inc. to make a gun that could cure anything, even death. But I knew the risks. I was only going to ever make one gun, so it was a step by step process. Anything that was written down about it would be burned and any failed prototypes would be completely dismantled. I didn't want it to fall into the wrong hands so I made sure their would be nothing for anyone to copy. Not even the scientists who worked on it completely knew every part and how it was setup because I had multiple teams make it. It's design is so complex I made sure even if someone did get a hold of it they could never make another. But I never expected the original to be stolen. With that gun, once you use it on yourself, until it is destroyed, the right way, all the user's affected by it will come back. I never though anyone could get to it, especially Eggman since I thought he was dead! I just wanted to have my father and uncle to have their parents back! I'm sorry!!!
Adofo: It's okay son, it's alright!
Sampson: I'll tell you how to destroy it. But only after we bring my grandmother and grandfather back!
Sonic: ...........alright. Deal.
Sampson: And just to sweeten the deal, you get to kill Eggman as much as you want!

Sonic smiled. "Ooh, yay!"
Knuckles nudged him. "Not so fast, blue boy. We have a mission first. Did you even hear what the kid said?"
Sampson shrugged. "You're the kid."
"Am not!" Knuckles growled. "He is sixteen going on seventeen, going off on his oooooowwn!
I am seventeen going on eighteen, he will depend on meeeee!"
Sonic winced. "I don't depend on anyone."
"OH! I don't either, the only one that depends on others is Tails."
Tails flicked an ear. "I heard that!"

[Adofo]

Sampson: Look, just get the gun and get Eggman and this can finally be put to an end!
The team goes off to retrieve Eggman and the gun.
Simba: Sam, did you really do that?
dofo: For us?
Sampson: Yeah...you two would always talk about how much you missed them. And I know that both of you had blamed yourselves for what happened to granddad. I figure I'd give it a shot. And it worked!
Adofo: *tears in his eyes* Thank you son!
Simba: We'll finally get to see mom and dad again!
Adofo: Yeah...I guess we will!

thirty five

Kelsey and Sonic stopped.
"What?" Tails said.
"We can't do this. We have to go back." Kelsey said.
"We still have training!" Sonic added.

[Adofo]

Sampson: Wait! I forgot something!!
Vitani: What!?
Sampson: The gun has two settings! Forward and reverse. Forward gives life. But reverse takes it!
Knuckles: Oh no! Kelsey!
Kelsey: Alright, let's go back. We can come back another day.
Way down the hall a freshly revived Eggman points the gun and the two teammates and changes the setting on the gun and the red liquid turns blue.
Eggman: Bye bye you little annoyances!
Adofo: SONIC! KELSEY! MOVE!
Eggman shoots but Kelsey and Sonic jump out of the way. but the blast keeps going and hits Adofo.
A blue energy encircles Adofo then goes back to the gun.
Adofo falls to the ground, his eyes, open but pitch black.
Simba: ADOFO!
Eggman: UGH! Stupid wild child!

Kelsey sighed. "Great..."
Suddenly, a black hedgehog with red highlights and red eyes jumped out. He had a gun.
Sonic looked taken back. "Shadow!"
The hedgehog growled. His voice was low.
"That was the end of the line, Eggman." He growled. "Oh, and by the way, I loved Maria more than you ever did!"
He fired, shooting Eggman on the head.

[Adofo]

Sampson went and grabbed the gun off of Eggman's body before he came back.
Sampson: Okay, bring him with us. He'll come back in about twenty seconds.
Kelsey and Knuckles grab Eggman's body.
Sampson changes the setting, points the gun at his father's body and fires.
A red energy encircles his body and goes back to the gun.
Adofo:*gasp* Oh! Oh man! What happened? Did I die again?
Kiara: Yeah.
Adofo: Alright that's really getting old!
Knuckles: That's not the only thing getting old!
Adofo: HEY! Respect your elders!
Sonic: Shadow.
Shadow: Sonic.
Eggman: Ugh...oh great.
Simba: Alright, can we go now?
Tails: Yeah, lets go.

Kelsey smiled at Shadow. "So..."
Shadow pinned his ears back.
She smirked.
"So you did love her more than me, even after she was dead?"
He opened his mouth to reply, but closed it quickly.
"Kels!" Knux called. "Shad, you two both get in here!"

[Adofo]

They all board the plane and head back to Priderock.
With Eggman tied up in chains and locked in the closet, everyone walks to the back of Priderock.
Sampson hands the gun to his father.
Adofo holds out the gun in his right hand and Simba grabs onto it with his left paw.
Simba: You ready?
Adofo: Yeah!
they pulled the trigger together and the red beam of energy circle around Mufasa and Sarabi's graves.
The energy returns to the gun and after about thirty seconds the dirt starts to move and Mufasa and Sarabi dig their way out of the ground, looking better than ever.
They brush the dirt off themselves and stare at each other
Mufasa: Hey!
Sarabi: Hey!
Adofo: Mom?
Simba: Dad?
Sarabi: Hi boys!
Simba: MOM!
Adofo: DAD!
Simba and Adofo rush to hug their parents and Mufasa and Sarabi embrace them and hold them tight. They all start crying from being so happy.
Simba: We missed you both so much!
Mufasa: We missed you boys too!
Adofo: We love you so much!
Sarabi: We love you boys too!
