Wait I thionk i missed something, so is she talking to the pridelanders about getting their powers or the rest of her team? Also how are they activated?

i'm talking to the pridelanders about how powers work and then an example of mine.
for example when i first got my powers it was raining pretty hard. when knux got his powers it was during a drought.
sooo i think when you get your powers it has to do something about the weather, how they're feeling or just a coincidence??
