Rahks let out a snort They are Imperials, they think their reach can extend to all regions of the world. By doing this, by ending a 'public threat' they hope to gain favour with the common people in hope to overturn the leadership currently in place. A load of rubbish. It is as you said. Guilty on the spot, no trial. Yet despite what you may thing of my guild and the Brotherhood, we are still bound by codes of honor, by rules, by laws. No killing without reason, to theft without purpose and all from men and women just as corrupt as they captain. In terms of vampires and werewolves... Never met a vampire so can't say. Werewolves however... Had the pleasure of working side by side on a joint contract. Good man, made taking out the Silver Hand camp more enjoyable. So in the long run I guess you are not that bad.... for overgrown puppy dogs He gave a grin at that last comment, obviously just messing around with his words

"These over grown puppy dogs can easily rip you in two, this one included so watch your tongue khajit" Aela threatened, looking at him through stern eyes.

Though, at the mention of the Silver Hand she smirked when he said they had taken out a load of them.

"The Silver Hand have gone quiet of late... Perhaps they have teamed up with these Sun Legion idiots" Aela said with a sigh. "So do you have a plan with regards to what we do about these people?" Aela asked.

"Damn it... They sure are ambitious" Farkus said as Silver finished talking.

"They won't stop until the world has been purged of us all. But, we won't let that happen. But for us to win, we all need to work together. The Vampires may even need to assist us in some way" Silver said, placing her hands in her lap now to see her cut up fingers.

"Vampires?! Like they'd help" Farkus almost snorted.

"If they get free food, I can't see them turning us down. Some aren't that bad" Silver said, thinking of Babette.

There was silence for a moment, but then Farkus broke it by standing up and walking over to the bed and extending a hand to help Silver to her feet. At first she was hesitant, but she soon took his hand and allowed him to pull her to her feet. The dizzy feeling overtook her for a moment, but after a few seconds she was alright and looked up at Farkus with confusion in her silver eyes.

"I will help you in this... as will Aela. We can't let the Companions fall" Farkus said with determination.

"They won't... The Sun Legion will never set foot inside Jorvaskar" Silver replied, an odd determination in her own voice as if she were protecting her home.

Farkus, who still had hold of Silver's hand raised it and traced the wolf ring with his own finger. He released her hand slowly and pulled off his own glove to reveal the small golden ring on his own finger. This... Silver had not expected and she stared at it for a long while and gently ran a hand over it before looking back at Farkus, though this time she lost it and began to sob, her gaze dropping to the floor. A hand was soon under her chin though and pulled her head back up slowly to look at him.

"Im sorry... Im so...sorry... Farkus... I"

But Silver never got to finish her sentence for Farkus had leant in and kissed her. Silver without hesitation kissed him back, her eyes streaming with tears of both sadness and utter happiness.

Rahks moved to the window and looked outside, he could see the smoke of the fires from the Legion camp and snarled Non such as yet, for now my guild is securing he east, me and Silver came to secure Whiterun. Once we are done here, we intend to head back to the Brotherhood to inform then as they are not yet aware themselves, add the fact that the cities to the west do not have as much protection with the thieves, and the Brotherhood is closer

Silver had fallen into a light sleep again with her arms wrapped around Farkus. For a fleeting moment, it was as if she were back in the companions and back in her old life, but when she awoke and looked down at her clothes, the mark of sithis gave her a horrible slap back into reality. Farkus was still sleeping and for a few minutes she watched him closely before slipping from his arms and walking to the window, leaning against the wall so she could look out onto the streets.

Her shoulder was still a little numb, but it was her heart which was aching most right now. Kissing Farkus was a big mistake and had made old feelings re-surface. She should have just walked away after saving him. Now, she was caught up in this mess again and the heartache of choosing between Astrid and her husband again, somewhere she never thought she'd be again.

She glanced over her shoulder as Farkus began to awaken so she swiftly turned back to the window with a sigh. As expected he walked over to her and placed both hands on her shoulders, joining her in looking out at the streets. For a moment they were both silent, until Silver broke the silence.

"Farkus... we can't be seen as being together out in the open.. The Brotherhood, The Sun Legion and any other guilds will use it against us.." She said sadly.

"I know. But for now, we are in here" He whispered, pulling her into a hug.

Silver sighed and allowed him to do so. She felt so confused right now and just wanted to stay here with Farkus forever. But she knew that Astrid must be informed of what was going on... Would Farkus let her go?

"The Brotherhood don't know? Heh, you'd think Silver would go running to her precious little sister at the first sign of trouble. I suppose she's told you about all that? How she left her family.. her three year old daughter and her husband. I hope Farkus doesn't go back to her... She doesn't deserve him" Aela complained, but she soon realized she had gone totally off topic.

"Though I may not like you, nor Silver I do see your points... We must all work together on this and destroy the Sun Legion. Count the companions in on this, though I will have to get Kodlaks go ahead for this" Aela said, outstretching a hand as if to start a pact.

Rahks stretched out his arm and embraced Aela's. Both with a strong grip on each other and a rough stare If you need more information or simply need to contact us, there is a small black crow that perches on city wall. He is one of our carriers to relay messages Rahks was taking a risk, giving out such infomation, as the carrier crows were a vital, and secret, contact network. However this was not a normal situation and they needed all the help they could get In terms of Silver.. Yes I am aware, and it is not my business to ask questions. However she is willing to die for either or both sides if needs be, make no mistake of that. She may wear the clothes of the Brotherhood, but her heart is still here with you and Farkus

"I guess we will find out in time" Aela said, releasing her grip on Rahks hand.

Annoyingly, she liked this Khajit. He had a calm manner to him, unlike most thieves and she could see them working together well. The sun was starting to set, so she looked over to Rahk's.

"I'll head back and inform Kodlak, he will I assure you want to help out in all this. For now though, we better go and collect Silver and Farkus"

Silver pulled away and went and sat on the end of the bed, gently allowing her head to fall into her hands. With a low sigh, she looked up at Farkus and finally bought herself to ask the thing she'd been wanting to ask Farkus for three years.

"How's our little Astrid?"

Farkus paused for a moment before folding his arms and resting against the wall by the bed. For a fleeting moment, Silver wasn't sure he was going to answer so she looked away awkwardly as her head began to sink.

"She's fine. Very smart for a six year old, but she... When you left she kept asking for you for months. She's pretty good with her little bow and arrow, a trait she has got from you"

That made Silver beam, for the first time in what seemed an age. How she'd love to hold her daughter in her arms again, bur she knew in her heart that wouldn't be able to happen anytime soon if ever. Astrid was safer away from her mother and seeing her again would only confuse her. Farkus sat on the bed next to her now and placed his hands in his lap.

"She looks like you"

"Stop..." Silver protested "Please..."

Farkus held his tongue and looked away.

Rahks nodded and headed to the door holding it open as they left. As they made their way out of the Inn, Rahks reached down into his satchel and pass 10 gold over to Aela That is for the room, seeing as we will need a place to stay tonight. I also hope your leader agrees to help with his full strength. These legion types are as bad as they come. It is amusing to me... The ones who claim they are of respect honor and justice, go around slaughtering. While us thieves, assassins and wolves abide by laws and traditions laid out by our ancestors He looked over to Aela and actually smiled at her We may not see eye to eye but I am not afraid to admit that your own beliefs have merit, and it is good you fight by them

"You can rest in Jorvaskar if you like. Kodlak I am sure would like to meet you and if you need armor and weapons, Jorvaskar is the best place. I suppose Silver could even have her old dragonscale armor back.. Farkus kept it up at the-" She broke off, not yet wanting to reveal the secret of the Skyforge yet. "And I am sure there will be arrows and weapons for yourself too. If we are starting a war, we will need to be prepared.

She got to the door of the temple and sighed before pushing them open.

Silver bit her lip awkwardly and slowly turned her head to look at Farkus.

"When I get Astrid to leave the Brotherhood... Then I can return... If you'll have me back that is"

"Well... Kodlak isn't best pleased, nor is anyone else so you'd be put on trial.. But..... I'd do anything to have you back Silver. You hurt me, I ain't gonna lie... But, your the only one for me and if we can go back to how we were... I would do anything to make that happen" Farkus said sincerely.

"You'd do that?! Farkus.. I... I could be gone for a while.. I have been trying to get her away from them for three years"

"I know... But for now, we are together and we will be again one day too" Farkus said, taking her hands in his own.

"I just want to protect you.. All the time I am with the Brotherhood I pose a threat to you and our Astrid... I love you Farkus, but until the day we are free from Sithis.. I can't be with you.. But trust me when I say this.. My heart will always belong to you" She said, placing his hand over her own heart.

Farkus nodded as if finally understanding. He went to kiss her again, but they both broke apart when the door opened and Aela stepped in.

Rahks nodded at Aela's words and smirked I thank you for the offer, I only hope your master is as kind hearted. Still he is the leader of the companions, he himself must be both wise and strong, surpassing that of rest of the Companions They walked quietly for the rest of the way and entered into the temple. Aela was still ahead and practically barged into Silvers room, with Rahks behind Silver.... Rahks voice seemed to have a more joyful tone than usual I am relived to see you are alright, good to see you are better and the priest work did not go to waste

Silver and Aela locked eyes for a moment and she actually thought Aela was going to hit her, but she soon looked to Rahks avoiding the older companions eyes.

"Hey Rahks.... You ok? And yeh. The priest did a great job. Kind of lucky he didn't realize I was a member of the Brotherhood" She said awkwardly as Aela's glare became harsher.

"Farkus. I've spoke to this Khajit and he's told me about this Sun Legion. I say we take them to Kodlak and get him to hear this. The old man will surely want in on this so if we explain to him what happened out in the streets. But as for you Silver... You coming back to Jorvaskar shouldn't be allowed, but... I'll let it pass this once" Aela said sternly.

Silver's heart skipped a beat. Go back to Jorvaskar? Enter those doors again after all this time? Could she even do it? She clutched Farkus' had out of fear and looked out the window awkwardly.
