EA support in a nutshell: After I prove to them that I own a game that I can no longer play online because my own account "is already in use", they 'kindly' gave me the same game as a free download on Origin.

Que Origin not being able to install said game even after confirming that Origin can install other games successfully. Apparently the installer doesn't even exist. I checked.
