While she was in the forest she saw a dragonfly and started to play with it but in her playing she made a noise. She started coming closer until she was just behind Adeola and decided if she wanted to meet the adult female.
Well what if this female does not like me. What if she just sends me away like the rest of the females and males I have come to know... She started sobbing not remembering her darker past. However, she eventually composed herself and came forward. "Hello my name is Mzuri what is yours."
She then came forward but immediately collapsed in front of her not noticing her wounds she carried around. All that was heard was her whispering of "Mom I miss you so much," before she went unconcious. Everything remained quiet for a few moments...

Kujasiri walked what seemed like forever in the desert. He remembered his life before. Lions charging, lionesses crying cubs dying. He sobbed for a second but then said, "Forget it. Best to leave the past behind. No one cares about me anyway. Not anyone from my pride." He continued muttering, "Why do the Great Kinds continue to taunt me? Do they take fun in my torment.?"
He then stopped and then said, "Why am I talking to myself. I mean whatever. I am always a loner. Always was and always will." He then continued and made his way to a savannah. He thought to himself, Perhaps there is a foolish pride who will invite me in and I will make fools of.
The young adolescent lion walked forward reminiscing his dirty deed ahead. He smiled and braced himself for what he was about to do. He heard voices telling him not to do it but he silenced them.
Adeola turned her head to look down at the cub, surprised to see a baby like her come close to her like that. Most of the cubs in the Pridelands were ones to stay away from her from how she presented herself a lot of the time. It was refreshing. "Oh my name is..." she paused when she saw the wounds on the female cub.
Before she hit the ground, the lioness caught the small creature in her paw and listened to her silent plea for her mother. "Mother...?" She pondered aloud.
No time for wondering what she was saying, Adeola thought to herself. Bringing the cub to her mouth still on her paw, the female took the extra fur on the back of the girl's neck in her mouth and walked away from the water hole to the shade of her family's den.
Out came her brother, Neobi, looking over to his older sister and he trotted over to see a cub in her mouth. He knew his sister wasn't one for children normally, and she had no cubs herself, so he was perplexed. "Adeola...?"
"Not right now, Neobi" she told him, striding forward into the shaded den. Her eyes glanced over the small space where they all slept, seeing neither her parents, sister, or brother in there. She sighed out and shrugged walking over to her normal spot, and placed the cub on her area while she waited for the little child to wake up.

Adeola perked her head to sense something coming close to her. Since it was something she didn't know what was, she drew her ears back and her tail started slapping the ground. Her white fangs were gleaming in the sun and her claws unsheathed themselves to show off to anyone who dared to challenge her. Readying herself, she sucked in her gut to the slimest she would look.
Out of the corner of her hazel orbs, her younger brother, Afolabi walked out and looked her over. "What's with you?" He asked, totally oblivious to what she was bracing herself for. What was the point in keeping him around? He was pretty much useless during battle, and she knew she would be much better off having her sister Malaika or her brother Neobi here. Malaika didn't look like a warrior, but she could easily take down her fair share of males and any other challengers. Neobi...he was just large, and no one went after him because of it. But the few odd people who did look past it, they would be sorry they didn't run when they had the chance.
"Leave" she ordered him.
The oldest brother of the pride didn't like this as he looked down at her with a glare, "where do you get off--". He was silenced once she looked at him with a if-you-don't-get-out-of-here-I-will-not-be-responsible-for-your-funeral look. The light lion knew best to get out her fur when she gave him that look, and he sped off back to the den, leaving his oldest sister there to defend herself. Little did even she know, her father was in the side watching her and making sure she was alright.
