[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

Zazu looked at the young lion. "Very well, but he'll expect to know who you are," he said as he flew off. The hornbill told Simba and Nala, who followed him. Upon arrival, Simba looked at the young lion. "Hello. I am King Simba, and this is my mate Nala. Who are you?" he asked.

Kiara lifted her head, "I think he's still in the den. Sleeping or thinking about when he's king." She answered, looking to her parents. "Should I go summon him?" She asked, knowing he hasn't talk to anyone since Sarafina passed. She ran up into the den and walked to Kopa, "Get up loser." She said, nudging his head.

Kopa groaned and got up quickly, "Do mother and father need me?" Kiara nodded and Kopa went down, only to noticed his father talking to strange lions. He didn't smell anything unusual, just saw unusual beings. One with pale fur, and one with dark brown fur, he remembered the two outlanders but shook his head, as he didn't smell any outlander on them. "Father? Mother?" He walked down the large rock and beside his parents, Kiara did the same.

Vitani smiled, "And by the time our little ones are born, they'll be running around the Pridelands. Kiara, Chaka, Kopa and their suitors will be looking after our little ones." Smiling, they soon arrived close near Priderock. "Shall we keep walking or go in?" Asking Mheetu, she knew her legs were tired of holding the extra weight, but she would go miles for Mheetu.

Folle followed Kovu, into the Pridelands, arriving very close to the king. Yet, with little fear. "I'm Folle." She answered, pretending to be totally out of breath and hurt. Kiara and Kopa sat beside their parents, she hoped they didn't recognize her or Kovu. As they would be killed if they did.

Simba turned to Kopa. "Well, Kopa, we have guests. I want you to make them feel welcome," he said.

Kopa nodded, "I am Prince Kopa, and this is my sister. Princess Kiara. Welcome to the Pridelands, I hope you enjoy the stay." He said, while bowing to the newcomers.

Kiara did the same, "It's very lovely here, I hope you stay a while!" She said, before bowing beside her brother.

Simba nodded and looked back at the newcomers, specifically, the young male. "What's your name and what are you doing here?" he asked.

"Well... I think you should know. From the Outlands. Kovu," he sighed dramatically, "And Mom... rogues came. And killed her. And Dad. All we have left are each other. I beg that you will give us--" he cringed, pretending that his "wounds" hurt him greatly, "give us a place to stay. I know you hate us, but... We have no where to go."

Simba nodded. "We won't turn you away for being Outlanders. Our laws state that we must help those in need. Welcome to the Pridelands, Kovu and Folle," he said.

Chaka walked up from a ledge behind Priderock and noticed his family talking to a scratched up young lion and lioness. After they greeted them he walked up to his brother and smiled. "Now you recieve another welcome from me. I'm Prince Chaka, make yourself comfortable." Luckily he hadn't heard the Outlander part, or he would have engaged in a fight with Kovu.

Simba smiled. "Let's return to Pride Rock. After awhile, we'll get you something to eat. If you're thirsty, the waterhole isn't that far away," he said.

"Oh, thank you, Simba, but I think we need to rest before anything else. We're just... exhausted." Kovu said weakly.
