First time trying/doing this. Wonder how long it'll take to kick in.

Getting used to this cpap breathing machine has really affected me mentally. I'm slowly starting to get better sleep... When I do sleep... but wearing it is highly uncomfortable, and I have to readjust it several times per night. Which has caused me to wake up 5-10 times in the middle of the night every night.

Wearing such a thing makes me feel like such a defective human being. But if i don't wear it there's a strong possibility i could die in the middle of my sleep, my doctors said my sleep apnea was severe and that i might have to wear this thing for decades to normalize.
Why do we fall? So that we can learn to pick ourselves back up again.

Don't hold the queue please. One person just brought a bunch of small coins for a 10 HKD purchase. I had to count every single of them and it held up the queue... 5 to 10 people waiting...

I am in absolutely no condition for my job, but I'm too anxious to call out and know that they're going to be very busy, so I guess I'm going in anyway.
