Definitely this - I've watched the first two seasons, and while I do like some fantasy, e.g. Harry Potter, I find stuff like LotR too complex for me to follow. For whatever reason though, I've had no problem understanding GoT, despite its complexities.

I do see why people don't like it though. I know about as many people who couldn't get into it as people who love it. I need to get around to watching more of it when I can find the time - watched the first two seasons in about a week last summer

I don't even usually get drawn in by TV programmes

Well, I made it to work right on time. I'm hoping my dad will pick me up after work, because I don't think I can handle walking back.

All of the sections I wanted are being taken. Hopefully there is still one open that I like when I get the sheet.

I would say it's worth sticking with though. The recent season 6 has been the best yet, especially the last two episodes.

Although I've previously said I'm not that into GoT, I definitely get your points (although I do like LotR too!). It's honestly not a show I would watch for days in a row, but I do enjoy watching it. :) The only thing I'm not that into are the few violent/bloody scenes. Thankfully, I haven't seen many so far. :P

I'm still on Season 3, so I can't say much about it, but I've heard great things about the latest season and I'm very hyped to reach it. :D

Well can't really join this conversation seeing as I don't watch TV and can't really access any of these shows anyway. :chuckle: But yeah, fantasy, uh... Skyrim is great. I've wanted that game for years and just got it last month and I understand the hype now. LOL

@Flip sorry to hear that by the way. If I'd lost my dad as a young kid or in my early teen years I absolutely wouldn't be half the person I am today. He's been one of the most important people in my life so I can't imagine what that feels like. Hope your day goes well aside from that though.

^ That episode was like the ultimate fan-pleaser. Can't believe we've only got (probably) 13 episodes left. This finale really felt like setting everything in place for the final act.

With it thundering like that, it's going to storm tonight. I'm gonna get even wetter than usual.

Oh well, I'm ready to watch The Force Awakens tomorrow or the next day and I'm hoping not to be disappointed.

And I definitely need to pod race again one of these days soon. Definitely.

Moving all of these files is apparently going to take quite some time.
