^ It's my upper back, and when I tried some kind of yoga before, it didn't really help. I do appreciate the suggestion though. Based on research I've done, a lot of people with the... er, affliction I have that's causing the back pain can't do much about it aside from losing weight and getting surgery. It really sucks. It's really difficult to be active with how much it hurts, and my job has made it a lot more painful than it used to be. I do go for walks when my dumb knee allows though. Those are useful for many things.
