I made duplicate accounts here, and cheating on graphic contests. Both things I was disgusted at myself for doing and I regret them entirely. And yet, Moka allowed me back because I hadn't done anything wrong in the past and I was truly sorry. So I think that answers your question...I think so anyway x)

Nonetheless, it was probally an exception; meaning it is rare to be allowed back on the forum after receiving a ban. And not every member, regardless if they are sorry or not for what they did like you and KK, will be lucky enough to get one of those ''exceptions''. I think that either everyone deserves a second chance, or they might as well change the warning and bannishment system.
