He's just a fringe candidate, who is never going to win. The mainstream Republican party would find the ideas presented in his book ridiculous. It's silly to even pay him any attention. Plus, he's not even in congress. He is just a candidate. Anyone can write a book and run for office. So I'm not seeing your point. He's crazy? Of course. We should ban people from trying to hold public office if we don't agree with them? I think it's against the constitution lol.

I remember reading that you were against restricting reproductive rights, so I assume you aren't against political and speech rights as well?

I'm actually just against idiots. People who say things like that should not even be allowed to get to that position. This kind of this so called ''freedom of speech'', Includes the freedom to discriminate and spread hate. Freedom of speech has it's limits. Then again, we are talking about a country in which being obese is genetic and being gay is a choice.(omg people it is a joke, sarcasm)The fact that people like this are even running to get to those positions gives off a message to the rest of the world. This is a fine example for why the rest of the world stereotypes Americans as stupid. Look at what people in their politics say ''child execution'' ''rape can't get you pregnant'' ''being gay is a disease or a choice''.

Our society is too secular. People who scream stupid things like that will be forced to step down by the people. Just as our Christian party, the leader screamed ridiculous things about abortion. People were mad as hell and now he's gone.

Not really. Free speech wasn't meant to protect speech that society accepts. Free speech was designed to allow people to talk about whatever they wished without a big hammer loaming over them.

And while that may be the literal meaning of free speech. The constitution of my country forbids hatespeech, discrimination and racism in the first constitution while free speech is the seventh constitution. Free speech stops where others get hurt. A society is meant to live in harmony. Love thy neighbor. Not fear thy neighbor.

All countries have minorities. Yes, the minorities may be bad, but you can't sterotype the whole country from the minority. We also have freedom of speech, but we CAN NOT spread slander, or say things that cause distress. The freedom of speech we have is limited.
