Obama doesn't want to put a Muslim church (It's called a mosque) on Ground Zero. It's two blocks away, it's a community center, and it's a private land deal that the President is not involved with.

Romney does not want to break up gay couples. He just doesn't want the federal government to recognize their marriage. He does favor unions (Despite what people say) and that has nothing to do with taking children away.

@TRP Building a mosque on ground zero? Ever heard of the term respect? That is something the government should get involved in, not marriage which is NONE of their business.

@dgf, Obama won, I don't know how, he just did. Yes, I do find your system weird and nonfunctional. This whole state thing is weird. Normally votes are counted and the one with the most votes wins. Our prime-minister is not some populistic dude that bombards us with commercials. He's just a middle-class man, just like all the other government officials.

But I grew up with this system, ot yours. I am just happy that Obama won. Because like Bill Maher said: if Romney would have won he would have pulled all the youngearth people, the anti-science-crowd and the religiousvalues fest in the whitehouse as well.

TRP is right about the so-called mosque. It's private land and the owners are free to do with it as they please. Whether they have respect for others or not is not government matter.

And you do know that Bill Maher, is you know, a comedian? To say "I support Obama because Romney will X, Y, and Z according to this comedian..." It's a bit, mental, don't you think? Maher said it because it's funny, not because it's true.

Anyways, the only way to see if Obama is the right choice or not is by seeing how he will behave during his second term.

Anyway, Bill Maher means what he says. Of course there is a certain aspect of comedy in it, but I don't think it's far from the truth.

Woeler's anti-religion feelings tend to override his pro-freedom stances 100% of the time.
