For people who talk about how they dislike how gays can be flamboyant and sort of 'parade around' their sexuality--isn't that a natural response to being repressed? It's not tough to understand why people feel and act that way. Just sayin'.

When it comes to God they reject science as a whole. When it comes to gay people they need a scietific answer for being gay not being a choice.

How hypocritical can you get?
If I ever see people standing next to the road, holding signs with "God hates fags" I would more than happy to drive right into them with 150mph. Because even freedom of speech has its limits. You can say whatever you want, as long as you don't discrminate others.
Did I condemn anyone? In fact I just said it isn't our job to condemn anyone.
Well I think people are misreading and taking all the negative points out of your argument and ignoring the positives. Just like mine.

Ok, first off.. When dafuq did I say I hated gay people like people have implied? O_o Did you not read my first paragraph? In case you missed it.. TWO OF MY BEST FRIENDS ARE BOTH GAY OR BI. I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT. I DON'T HATE GAY PEOPLE.

Me personally I find it awkward when gay people start talking about what they do in bed and start kissing and touching each other unappropriately in public. YES, straight people do it too, but to me it's more natural when I see that.. IT DOES ANNOY ME STILL, but it doesn't make me feel as awkward.

Been to an expo before? Gods, try that people! Alot of them are gay and are blowing it in your face all day.. And then lol at you for being straight.. So can you see why i've got a bit of a negative thing against gay people? O_o SOME NOT ALL.

As for my anniversary with Ez.. Im sorry if that annoys you.. But how is that blowing it in peoples face? Stating, once a year that i've been in a relationship with the same person for another year, to me, thats an achievement and something to celebrate. But if it annoys people that much I will remove it.. How dare I mention it once....

I am neither for nor against gay marriage without trying to explain why because people just seem to nit pick parts of my debates and make out like im some hypocritical monster by only READING the BAD parts.

I don't think I am going to bother voicing my opinion in future. I have different opinions ok.. It's not going to change.

EDIT: Lol, four votes for against and they haven't said anything. I wonder why x)

Though you may not realize it, that argument is still flawed. Straight couples can kiss one another in public, and that's fine. To a gay person, that awkwardness would probably be reversed. That's why it's still kind of a negative argument.

Also, I'm pretty sure the percentage of the LGBT population is much higher here than on average.

I have not seen anybody mention the word ''hate'' towards your argument.

Yes indeed, straight people do that too. Plus this is a huge genralization and gay people probably think the same about straight people.

99.9% of the people that are homosexual are no different from any of us, except they are homosexual. This is the 0.00001% of those people, they just need attention. Again huge generalization.

lol so much butthurt. I never said it annoyed me, I just used it to prove the point - straight people who get annoyed by public acts of homosexuality (or feel uncomfortable, as it were) never care when they flaunt their relationship around everywhere. Also, mention it once? I read almost all the posts made on this forum and trust me, you definitely mentioned him a lot more than once. And yeah other people do it too, and usually its fine - it only annoys me because you said you were against gay marriages if they blow them into your face when people LIKE you (though you already said you are not like this) do the same thing in straight relationships. If you say you are not like that, then it does not apply to you and there is no need to get yourself so worked up about it.

And yeah the issue comes up both ways, even straight people are against public displays of affection until they get in a relationship of their own. It is because people like to hate against things they do not have but want - in that case, relationships especially since a natural desire for almost all humans is to be loved.

You already did explain why, in your first post. But if you did not post BAD parts, then people would not be READING said BAD parts.... And they really were quite bad.
Said BAD parts did make you come across as hypocritical regardless of whether you meant to come across that way or not, so if the boot fits then wear it, otherwise I might suggest thinking about what you say before you say it.

And as Woeler said, that is how a debate works - we are not going to counter the things we AGREE with, only the stuff we DISAGREE with which is why as you say, people are only reading the bad parts, their not "bad" parts... Their just "wrong" parts.

You are not going to voice your opinion because your opinion is different... That is a bit odd but sure, works for me. Good on you for not changing your opinion though, you aren't supposed to.

Just gonna hop on in :3

Honestly, I don't care weather or not a gay or straight couple is making out. If anything, its adorable that they are letting it free instead of bunching it up. I do PDA with my boyfriend too, so honestly I don't mind weather or not they do it. It's their business, why are you watching them anyways? Look away if you don't like it, it's not your business.

As for the marriage, I don't mind, like I said before. If you can get married in Vegas to someone you've known for two hours, then you should be able to marry the same gender.

It never really bothered me as it doesn't really affect me; if they want to marry, I won't stop them.
