***BLOOD WARNING!*** For the "Foreign" contest on TLKFAA. This is something I once saw on National Geographic. When food gets scarce and living space dwindles due to human overpopulation and poaching, lions in desperation turn to more easy prey: livestock. However this makes the African farmers very angry, and any lioness caught harassing their cattle or sheep is instantly killed. Unfortunately, violent conflicts between humans and lions are growing more and more frequent, causing the felines' numbers to plummet. Depicted here is a particularly gory scene from one of these encounters. By the way, this is my first time entering the TLKFAA archive-wide contest! I know I have no hope of winning but hopefully I can make it to the top ten! So if you think this pic deserves to win, or you're feeling really generous, pleeease vote for me!
Remember, this is only a Work In Progress since I have no hope of finishing it by the contest deadline. The finished pic will look a hundred times better than this, but I can't guarantee it will be done anytime soon. ^^

And no, I'm never going to win now since there are only 3 days left and TLKFAA is being gay and won't accept my pic 2 days after I submitted it. =\ Sorry I'm spilling this all out on you but I'm really frustrated because I worked my butt off on this crap and now I know it was all in vain... I'm seriously considering deleting it. :'(
