Guys... I am doing it!
I am opening commissions instead of just repeatedly talking about it.
They are PayPal AND Point Commissions. Though, PayPal is preferred, because things are tight right now.
All CURRENT Commissions are digital! Because I hate the post office. The idea of sending paintings or traditional drawings to you guys through the mail... terrifies me. I do not know why. I just do not currently like the idea...
Now, before I price anything... There has to be rules.  I know... sucks. But it is to protect me AND you. Promise.
RULES:
1: Prices are the prices. I think this goes for all artists. You may not like the price, and you personally may not think that their work is worth that much, but the artist priced it that way for a reason. Please don't argue about it. Maybe the prices will change one day, but for now, they are what they are because I believe this is what my work is worth at this very moment. 
2: You are allowed to use your commission on ANY site. If you want it to be a banner on Facebook, okay. If you want to print it out and hang it in your room, okay. If you want to post it in your journals, okay. HOWEVER!!!! You must give credit to me, and inform me of where it is being used, so that I know and can easily tell thieves from proper commissioners
3: Payment is due after I finish and show you the sketch. I do not expect you to pay me upfront. Because what if I forget or take way to long to get the commission done? That isn't fair to you!! So, I will put the sketch on my Stash and show it to you. At this point the payment is due before I continue with the commission. That way you KNOW I am working on it, and I know I will receive payment.
4: RULE 3 is ONLY exempted in sketch commissions. At that point, payment is due AFTER I post the full commission. 
5: Rules are subject to change...
Now, for the prices! I am trying to start off on the lower end. But please keep in mind that $1 is equal to about 100 points.
ALL PICTURES COME WITH A 2 CHARACTER GUARANTEE!! Meaning: You can have at least 2 characters in one picture, and you will not be charged for an 'additional character'.
Sketch: $2 or 150 points
Colored Sketch: $3 or 200 points
LineArt: $5 or 400 points
LineArt with Background: $7 or 500 points
Flat Color: $9 or 750 points (add a background for $3 or 200 points)
ClipArt: $10 or 800 points
Headshot/Profile Picture: $12 or 1000 points
Full Colored With Shading and Background: $16 or 1300 points
Custom Designs: $5 or 300 points
Extra Characters (3+) for Sketched - LineArt With Background: add $1 or 50 points extra
Any Extra Character Above those categories add $2 or 100 points extra
So that I do not overwhelm myself, I am only opening 5 slots!! Once I finish one, that slot will become available again, and I will take the next person who commented or noted me.
Also, if I do not have something listed and you would like to know a price for it, feel free to ask!!! Seriously, I do not bite!!

So many new things are going on in my life!
Before you are like "YUP! I knew it, here she goes again, leaving us!!!"
I AM NOT LEAVING!
In fact, although I am not active on forums and currently not RPing on groups, I am very active. I am online probably about 5-8 times a day for varying periods of time. It is wonderful! I found many pictures I wanted to upload and have been. Plus, there are several I am working on for Rhea so that my characters can freaking come back to EBC!!
And there is also a new character I am working on, not for EBC, but I am really tweaking their design a lot, because I want it to be perfect the first time!
Next, I have started school. I started about a month ago, but couldn't remember if I said anything, but I was too lazy to look at my last journal to find out xDD School is going great too! Homework isn't over bearing, as long as I don't put it off. And the teachers are not half bad either. It's just community college, but so far it seems pretty awesome. Hopefully in 2 years I will move on to a 4 year college though!
I also purchased a new software for digital art (if you haven't noticed). And it works great! It is Sketchbook Pro for PC. I used to use it on my Ipod, but it grew difficult to use because my Ipod was so small, so I stopped. This software is super easy to use though, and does everything I want without any hassle or confusing buttons or weird shorcuts. It just works!
Me and my BF are still going strong too. After a bad break-up earlier this year, my friends introduced me to a new guy on the 4th of July and we have been pretty inseparable since. He is super cute and nice, and just an all around good guy! He will soon be moving in with me and I can't wait! OH! Did I mention I also moved out this summer? BRO, GUYS! I MOVED OUT OF MY PARENTS HOUSE AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! I have been pretty stressed the last couple months, but that is because my BF fell off a cliff and was in the hospital for awhile, moving out, starting school, AND on top of that... there was a small possibility of me being preggers and things went down. But I muscled through and have been doing alright and have kept myself going.
And the most recent amazingness is the Renaissance Festival is in town and I have a season pass with my Boy and we have made friends up there and I have a great costume and I get to be up there nearly every weekend!
Everything seems to be falling into place. Even things like blowing my tire on the highway and having to fork out a stupid amount of money for new ones isn't bothering me. Seriously! I am just happy!!! Nothing is succeeding at bringing me down!
LIFE IS GREAT AND I AM SO HAPPY AND I LOVE ALL YOU GUYS TOO BECAUSE THIS AND WRITING AND MANY OTHER THINGS I DO SEEM TO BE TAKING OFF A LITTLE BIT AND THAT IS A WONDERFUL FEELING!!!!

I disappeared for awhile, will start to be more active now.
A lot was going on in life... and it kinda just got the better of me.

I am now on a better path both mentally and physically and I am writing and drawing again.

I really just wanted to post this journal to say thanks for the 3000 plus views on my pikachu drawing xD The one that isn't even TLK related. But it blew my mind! I mean.... i have had a couple hundred views on a picture before but never over 1000 so this is mindblowing to me! Not even on dA have I had that much.
