Scratch is an Outsider lioness and part of Zira's pride. She was named by fans shortly after the release of The Lion King II: Simba's Pride for having a small scratch on the side of her nose ridge (which may just be her nose muscle tensing). She only appears once, in the scene when the Outsiders surround and attack Simba.
