Dotty is an Outsider lioness and part of Zira's pride. She was named by fans shortly after the release of The Lion King II: Simba's Pride for a series of dots below her right eye. Dotty appears in several scenes in The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, making her the most frequent appearing non-character Outsider in the movie.
