wolfish, woeler and tora your missing my point. I am saying that bill will rise so high that people will start causing anarchy. Not that they want to, i am not syaing it is a solution. I am just saying that it is a possiblity with the rising taxes and bills, people will become too poor and keep on stealing and breaking to law.
