Nello siad, "Oh well don't worry about that Nuru." He then said, "Speaking of our fawns Nuru I hated my father when I was a fawn and that wasn't right at all. I fear that Gobbo might hate me."

Nuru smiled, "I like that name... When did you think about it?"

Nello said, "Uh well just came to me." Suddenly he saw her parents, "Oh boy here we go."

Nuru walked over to her parents and nuzzled them both, "Hi mom, hi dad..." she smiled when she saw her two fawns sleeping, "They didn't cause you any trouble did they?"
Her mother shook her head with a smile, "Not at all, they were like angles."

Nello suddenly spoke up and said, "Yes hi mom how are you? Like it or not we're all family here."

"Unfortunately that is true." said the doe with a sigh. "I'm not your mother, so save the awkward moment from me will you?"

Nello said, "Fine mother-in-law. Look I have admitted my wrongs. I did do horrible things to your daughter. But I can't change the past. I can't take back what I did. I still love your daughter."

Nello was rather lucky that Nuru still loved him back. She was more forgiving than her mother was. "You don't get forgiveness like that very often." said her mother, "Better not waste it."

Nello nodded his head and said, "Trust me I won't. The only deer I love are my grandfather, mother, Nuru, and the fawns. That's it. No one else. No more affairs. Nothing."
