Sorry it took me so long to see this and reply to it, for the user bar you have to put this into your siggy.

Doing so will make the image appear in your signature.

Also, yes I am aware that the list needs a bit of cleaning up, but really it does not matter. The point generally is to get people more involved with greeting new members and such, as mentioned in the OP. (Though I did hear that there will be a specific usergroup colour for Welcome Team members at some point just to make it a bit more prominent).

I will say thanks for all the continuing support though, this thread has been around for a while now and I still see the user bars around on the forum, and people still deciding to join to this day, which is nice. And it seems to be working as well, which is awesome.
