Delano's blood ran cold. He didn't dare to show it, but he was now more scared than ever before. If they were going against the police directly, he would have to figure out what to do right away. And he also understood the message about not making any more mistakes. It was fight or die.

"Alright, I understand," Delano said, "Don't worry, I won't cause anything else." It was a blatant lie. If a warning wouldn't get to the police, it would be a massacre. Already, Delano was planning on how to break free and run ahead. He would break his cover, but it would be worth it.

Gakuru simply said, "Good. We're leaving right away." while there were only a few lions behind Gakuru, the underworld was actually going to send a much larger group, so Delano shouldn't have a really big problem sneaking off away from them, only that this time it will blow his cover for good. Without waiting for Delano to say anything, they left and headed outside, with more lions joining them on the way outside. This was going to make Sanders take the throne a lot more faster, only that the underworld still didn't know about his intentions yet.

Delano followed the others outside, where they grouped up with the rest of the attack. The amount of lions was unnerving for Delano, there were more than even a large pride can handle, and more than he could count. It was obvious what this large group meant: the attack would go full out or nothing. This was the point of no return.

Which meant that the police would have to get a warning. If anyone can stop this attack, they can. But for now, Delano knew that it was too early to make a break for it. In his mind, he knew when to run, and was already growing more grateful of the endless running he did in training. Now it would be for his life.

Once the entire force was assembled, they began to move towards the kingdom. Delano wondered how this entire thing started. After their parents died, he left with Muroki to try and live a new life. And now he found himself in the middle of the entire mess. Taking his position next to Gakuru, Delano walked, waiting for the right moment to make his move.

Gakuru began leading the group towards the pride's territory. The closer they got to the police caves undetected the more damage they will cause. Sanders of course was not with them or with the police. He couldn't risk having either of the side see him with the other. Little did he know that the lion Delano talked to actually did follow him and saw that he was also leader of the underworld. Since he told the entire police they haven't seen Sanders, and once they would they would arrest him at once.

They were on such high alert that they didn't even send someone to tell the king of what they've found. One thing was for sure though, if an attack would approach they would be more ready compared to before finding out about Sanders. Another thing was for sure, today was going to be one big mess. It might cost the police many lives, but they just might end the whole story with the underworld today. Almost every single lion from the underworld was in the group that was approaching them, but the police had more lions not to mentions that some of the pride members might take this chance to get revenge, meaning that the underworld lions were outnumbered.

Delano decided that now was the time. It was far enough to give him a good enough lead, but not far enough that he would tire himself out by running. His muscles tensed in anticipation of his move. I he made a mistake now, he would die for nothing. He edged closer to Gakuru. "You know, should this be the end," he said, "I never really liked you," closer to total hate, "and I never really was on your side."

Before Gakuru could comprehend what Delano said, Delano broke into a full sprint and weaved through the lions in front of him, quickly breaking through the mass and into the open savanna. He could hear angry shout behind him but didn't look back. He needed to get word to the police of what was about to happen, and he wasn't going to let the lions hot on his heels stop him.

They were after his blood, but he was faster. His muscles burned from the effort of running, but Delano's lead slowly increased. It was only a matter of time before they gave up chasing after him.

Gakuru felt foolish for not figuring that out on his own. "Let the fool go. He might get the word to the police, but we don't have to attack them." the lions with him looked confused, "You see, we were planing to attack them but for what? So that we will have an easier time killing the actual pride." the group was starting to slowly catch on. "We have enough time to eliminate more than just a few lions and run off, he should have kept his mouth shut." if he ever saw Delano again he would make sure to give him what he deserved. He hated spies more than anything.

Back at the main den, Umeme woke up as she felt somebody nudging her. Looking for the source, she saw it was Muroki. He was carrying a worried expression, more worried than the expression he carried when he thought about his absent brother. "I can't find Lina." when he woke up she wasn't in the den and nobody Muroki turned to seemed to have seen her. "She's not here."

Delano ran as fast as he could, and when he felt that he was no longer being actively chased, he quickly looked back to confirm that before slowing down a little. He was safe for now, but he no longer had any cover. The underworld knew who he was and wanted to kill him. If he will get word to the police in time, they won't get a chance to meet him again.

Taking a deep breath, Delano forced himself to run faster again. He may be out of danger, but he needed to get back as soon as he can.

Umeme stood up quickly. "She's what?" She demanded. "What do you mean she's gone?" Looking around quickly, Umeme saw that Muroki wasn't joking around. Lina was really gone. "She could be in danger!" Umeme told Muroki, quickly turning to face him. "We need to find her!" She twisted in circles. "Lina, where are you?" She called out, panic clear in her voice.

Muroki placed a paw on Umeme's shoulder, stopping her from making any more circles around herself. "Calm down." he was also nervous, obviously, but there was no point to get even more panicked as it will not help them at all. "Now if you ask me, she's probably gone to the waterhole where Delano agreed to leave her messages." the highest chance of finding her were at that place, but the pride's territory was quite huge, and if they didn't find her there... Muroki tried not to think like that.

Umeme nodded, grateful that Muroki was there to provide some sense for her. "Alright, let's go there." But right as she turned to run out the den, she hesitated. "But what if she comes back?" She asked. "One of us will need to stay here..." As much as she wanted to run off and search for her sister, Umeme knew that Muroki was much better suited to go instead.

"You go," she told him, "you can run faster and you can take care of yourself." Before Muroki left, though, she took him aside and gave him a deep hug, rubbing her head against his. "Take care of yourself. Now go." She broke away from the embrace, and followed Muroki outside, where she watched as he ran off.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Delano made it to the police caves. When they came into sight, he once again realized that he didn't have the password. But it didn't matter, as he met the two guards as last time. They even found it slightly amusing how he had yet to learn the password to get in, but they didn't stop him.

Not knowing where to go once he was actually inside the caves, Delano made his straight to where he was familiar with: the training area. If he can get to the trainer, he would know what to do.

Sure enough, after a brief rush through the sometimes tight corridors, Delano found the trainer alone, scratching up something on rocks. The trainer looked up when he heard Delano get in, familiarity flashing in his eyes.

"Oh, it's you again," the trainer said, smiling, "glad to see you in one piece, although you do look a bit roughed up. What brings you here?"

Delano struggled to catch his breath after the long run. "The underworld..." He said in between gasps. "They are... sending an attack force... they want to wipe out everyone here and take over." He quickly explained what he knew, including about Sanders.

The trainer frowned. "So that's why I saw an arrest warrant for him. Now I understand. I'll alert the others." He motioned to Delano that he can leave. "Don't worry, we're prepared to meet them. Seems their attacks have paid off against them: plenty of new recruits signed up, and many of them are rather good fighters after we got through them." Delano nodded and turned to leave. "Oh, and Delano," Delano hesitated. The trainer never used his name before. "Stay out of this fight. You've done enough, and I believe that they are after your blood now. you'll only get yourself killed if you get involved."

Delano nodded again and left. This time though, he wasn't planning to listen to the trainer. He still had one last thing to do. Now that he no longer had to chum up to Gakuru, Delano wanted to find the lion. And kill him.

I want Delano to stumble upon Muroki and tell him about Gakuru. But their reunion will be brief. Maybe Muroki with/without Lina and/or Umeme can then follow him just to watch his back.

Muroki went ahead and ran towards Lina's and Delano's waterhole after saying goodbye to Umeme. While he hadn't heard of any murder events lately, he was still naturally concerned for Lina as well as Delano. If anything happened to Lina Umeme would be devastated as will Delano, that is if he ever came back. Muroki forced the negative possibility of his brother never coming back out his mind, before noticing that he was near the waterhole. The trees that were hiding it were right in front of him.

Sighing, he went through the trees, "Lina?" there was no reply and when the waterhole came into view Lina wasn't there. Muroki frowned with frustration. This was the best chance to find her, and now she could be anywhere, and who knew what could happen to her until he found her, if he ever found her. And if he didn't, what was he going to tell Umeme when he got back? Walking in a random direction to look for Lina someplace else, Muroki could suddenly hear someone running.

Looking aside, to his surprise, he saw Delano running up to him. "Delano?" he asked when his brother came to a stop in front of him. Maybe Delano was here to leave Lina a message? It didn't matter, since Lina was no where to be found. "Please tell me that you're coming back... Lina's devastated... She's nearly going mad, and..." he paused, before deciding it was no use hiding the facts from Delano. "When I woke up she wasn't in the den, and now I can't find her." he didn't bother hiding the fact that he was extremely worried.
