Nello said, "Nuru please the fawns..."

Nuru yelled, "I said I don't remember! How is that related to the stupid fawns?!"

Nello said, "Are they alright?" he said in a calm voice trying to calm her down.

Nuru calmed down a little, "Of course not."

Nello started to get nervous then, "Are they alive?!"

Nuru frowned, "Don't raise your voice at me, I'm still mad at you. I don't know if they're still alive. Usually I put one of my hooves against my stomach and I feel them moving." she managed to smile. "But because of those scratches on my stomach I can't bend enough to do that again. Maybe you could try, tell me if you feel anything?" she hoped nothing was wrong.

Nello said, "I'm not raising my voice I'm nervous!" He put his hoof gently against her belly and felt nothing, "Uh no movement," he said nervously.

Nuru frowned, "You're touching me as if I'm a dry leaf." she moved closer so that his chest was pressed against her belly, even though it was causing her to wince. After a few moments, she was able to feel slight movement around her belly because he was pressed against her. She smiled, relieved. "I think they're fine."
