Ali also chuckled. "Well, enough about me. Do you have any siblings?" he asked, wanting to get to know her as best he could.

Kiara nodded, "Yes I do. Soon-To-Be-King, Kopa with his wonderful wife and my sister-in-law, Ruby. My other brother, Chaka and his wife and my sister-in-law Folle; they just had a cub." The word 'cub' was a violent reminder of the cub of her and Kovu growing inside her. She looked down and frowned. "Though, Chaka doesn't live with us anymore." Hiding her sadness of Kovu, with the sadness of her brother.

Ali turned when she said this. "Why doesn't he live with you anymore?" he asked.

Kiara sighed, "Folle and Chaka conceived young, and before Kopa. The future king is always supposed to conceive before his siblings. Another reason is, I think, father noticed how much Chaka distanced him from out family. Probably thought he was better on his own."

Nala watched Kiara escort Ali through the Pride lands the Queen turned her back to head to the den but stopped. She quickly spoke up, "Kiara, be careful out there." she said warning her daughter softly. With a quick nod of her head Nala padded beside Simba slowly, many things crossing her old mind. "Simba, don't you think its a bit soon for Kiara?" she asked her mate softly. Her crystal blue eyes flickered as she gazed up at him, her muzzle lifting giving her King a long nuzzle.

Saffy nodded in agreement with Kamili, "Hopefully he looks like Chaka! He'd be cute!" she said smiling. Taking a few seconds Saffy let out another yawn and rubbed her green eyes with her paw. "Boy, aunt Nala kicked the lionesses butt today huh mom? I want to be just like her when I grow up." she added smirking.

Mheetu chuckled and gave Vitani a lick on her muzzle, his big paw lifted and pulled his mate closer to his side. Looking down at Saffy Mheetu smiled, "Now Saffy, Nala only fought to protect her land." he added looking at his daughter sternly.

"You're right there Kamili...those red manes do run pretty strong." he said with a small smile. He gave his daughters a few licks before lifting his eyes to meet Vitanis. "You need to be careful...I wont let anyone hurt you or the girls. I wouldn't be able to life if something did.." he muttered sheepishly.

Ruby ran ahead of Kopa and laughed the whole way, the sun now nowhere in sight. The moon's light shining down on Ruby's pale fur, her amber eyes sparkled towards Kopa. "I love you.." she whispered. Her muzzle nuzzling deep into Kopa's mane lovingly, she let out a soft pur in his ear. The young lioness found a soft patch of grass and sprawled out on the hill, she laid to her back smiling.

Monstro let out a growl of acknowledgement as Zira returned back to the den to rest, he knew age was happening everyday. His once raven mane was slowly getting grey tips and his back hurt from the scuffle with Simba earlier that day. "KOVU." Monstro roared calling for his son.

Ali gave a simple smile to Kiara. "Well, I hope everything works out for your family," he said, not knowing what else to say.

Simba looked over at Nala. "Perhaps, but Kovu had his chance and he blew it. I think Prince Ali is better than Kovu in every single way. He will be a fine mate for Kiara," he said.

Tanabi made a meowing sound, wanting more milk.

Ali turned to Kiara. "Well, if we do become mates, I promise to love you for eternity and never leave you. I will never even look at another lioness," he said.
