No, Nuka doesn't have a mate nor is seen romantically involved with an Outsider lioness in the film.

Who do you think it would be; Dotty, Spotty, Sarafina (just naming random lionesses here) or maybe it was a guy...!

In some fanfiction and fan art videos I saw on Youtube, they name Dotty (an Outsider lioness) as Nuka's mate, and I never heard of Spotty. And, Nuka and Sarafina. Ew gross. Sarafina is WAYYY too old for Nuka; at least two generations older.

So, I agree with MissAmberMarie that it's best to left to fanfiction.

I've heard quite a bit of Dotty/Nuka pairings. Spotty is meant to be another Outsider lioness who is also Dotty's sister. She is seen in the film having rows of spots under one eye opposite to Dotty. So many characters!!
Hehe she is too old for him!! I wasn't being serious with the Sarafina pairing.

Who knows? There could've been hope for Nuka to have a mate, if he'd lived.
