Hammy gave a flirtatious glance at Lilly before looking back at Melony. "A little bit, but I'll tell you later. We need to focus on running right now," he said.

Melony shrugged, "Alright."

The musher stood on the back of the sled. "Mush!" he called out. With that, the team began to run. While running, Hammy was able to forget about everything that had been bothering him.

After a while the practice was over and the team stopped for some rest. Melony looked at her team mates, "We're still as good as we used to be." and with more practice, they would become even better.

Hammy sighed. "I still think we'll win a good amount of races this year," he said.

Melony smiled, "I'm sure we will."

Jempa looked back and forth. "I just love running and the scenery," he said.

Melony smiled, "Yeah, me too." the practices always gave them a good view of the mountains that surrounded the village.

Hammy was thinking hard. "If I could run anywhere, it would be the route my grandfather took when bringing the medicine to Nome," he said.
