[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

"I'm talking to you!" Zira growled. She turned to Kovu. "Make sure the other one gets the bird. Hurry, now!"

OOC: I hope this RP hasn't died. Just because FFH is a little more populat doesn't mean we get ditched! So, maybe we can't think of ideas for the time the cubs have to be cubs. We will! And, I haven't seen Geni, like, anywhere.

OOC: I haven't seen her either.

Regina turned to see what Kovu would do. Inside, she felt sorry for the cub, what with having such a harsh, cruel mother. "He can do it," she thought to herself.

OOC: I haven't seen her in a while either.

Monstro's nodded to Regina, "Regina, you don't have to worry about getting kicked out of this Pride. This pride...is for anyone who has no where to go." he said in a calm tone. Standing to his paws he stepped over to Zira and nuzzled her neck, "Give yourself a break for a bit, lets take a walk." he said with a smile. Side glancing Monstro looked to Regina, "Keep a good eye on the cubs Regina." he ordered. He stepped beside Zira and looked out towards the Pride lands, "Whats the first thing you want to do when your Queen?" he asked.

Nala smiled and nuzzled Simba's mane, "We have the best family." she added. She watched the cubs play, "When will you start giving Kopa lessons?" she asked him curiously.

"I'm not sure. There are so many things to do, I just guess... I don't know what. What would you do first as king?" Zira inquired, nuzzling him.

Simba smiled at Nala. "Kopa's royal training starts tomorrow. There's no sense in putting it off," he said. He then returned Nala's nuzzle. "All of our cubs will be great and powerful," he said. He then thought about his dream. "Nala, I had a dream the other night that showed their future mates. Kiara's mate looked a lot like that brown-furred cub I saw the other day," he said.

"I heard my name!" Kopa chirped and bounded up to rest on Simba's paw, looking at them curiously.

Simba chuckled and looked at his son. "Kopa, you will start learning the skills of a king tomorrow. You will learn everything that my father taught me and his father taught him," he said. He then looked around. "Are you ready, Kopa?" he asked.

[Nitro]

Kopa nodded enthusiastically. "Yup!"

Simba ruffled Kopa's hair tuft. "That's good to hear. You're already well on the way," he said proudly.

Nala looked to Simba and then at the playing Kiara, "Hmm...I wonder." she muttered and her train of through was lost by Kopa's interruption. She smiled down at him and licked his cheek, "Good Future King." she said smiling proudly. Nala stood to her paws, "Alright cubs, lets go get some sleep. Its getting dark.." she said blue eyes flickering from the leftover sunlight.

Sarafina stood to her paws and followed beside Nala, "Come Dyanna." she ordered slowly making her way towards Pride rock. She felt her bones ache as she climbed the rocks and reaching the den she let out a sigh."These hikes are getting harder and harder for me.." she confessed softly to no one in particular.

Dyanna looked at Kiara and Chaka, "By guys! See you later!" she said before running and catching up with Sarafina. Her bright blue eyes watched Sarafina slowly make it up the rocky ledges and her face saddened, "Youll be okay Fina. You just need some rest.." she murmured. She curled next to Sarafina's body and fell into a deep sleep after a exhausting day.

Monstro smiled and looked down at Zira, "I'm going to eat my fill of gazelle and then lounge in the bright sunlight with you by my side." he added nuzzling her back. He sat back to his hinds where their border ended and he stared at the lush hills, his mustard colored eyes narrowing. Lifting his paw and flashing his claw he growled slightly, picking out Pride rock he squinted. "The Pride lands will be ours." he snapped.

OOC: Are we going to grow the cubs up to almost adults now?
